They always messes up your order. Sometimes there is missing fruit or cookie or drink. I have to wait for 40 minutes to pickup my online order which was supposed to be ready 30 minutes earlier. No staff even looked to help to see what's goin on. How hard is it to double check the items. What a mess.Update: Just got the food after an hour wait...it was already sitting there for a long time I suppose and got this cold food..straight into the trash. Will bever come back.
Delicious. I went there for lunch with my wife and it was great. My wife got a half sandwich and salad and could hardly finish it all. The staff was nice and the place was clean. I'll go back for sure.
I've loved McAlister's Deli for a long time. Great sweet tea, and food. $12.84 for half a baked potato, half a sandwich and a (fantastic) sweet tea, is a better value than a sandwich shop. A full sandwich, chips and drink at Jersey Mike's costs about the same. So I suppose McAlister's is actually a better value for hot, fresh food.
This is by far the best location in Tulsa. Their salads are always fresh and they are very fast with getting orders out. I’ve ordered takeout and catering several times and have never had issues. Their staff is always friendly and eager to help. The rewards program is also so great, I eat here at least once a week and am so grateful to have a reliable, healthy option for meals!
Disappointed. I ordered on Uber. I was told that my order was given out to another person so they had to remake my order. I was okay with that. Except that when the food arrived, I was missing one salad and the other salad was missing the chicken. I spent almost $50 dollars only to have this kind of service. I had to pay a driver again and service charges again with Uber to get the another order in for the missing item. Although item was refunded, I had to pay extra fees for the food that was missing. Never ordering from here again.
I'm disappointed! My to go order was simple. I asked for cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl. I asked for the bowl to be toasted. A side of Mac and cheese and a root beer to round out my order. When I was given. The bag, I asked if the bread bowl was toasted and told yes. When I got home, not only was it not toasted, there was NO bread bowl. Because I'm a vegetarian, it only gets worse. Instead of cheese and broccoli soup, I got chicken tortilla, which I can't eat. So, I spent over $12 for a soda and a half full container of mac and cheese. This is a joke!!!
Great service! Firstly time ordering this week and had to order again! Best sadwhich I've ever had takeout! And soup was perfect! Food packaged so nice for delivery! Definitely!!! My new favorite restaurant!
Originally I was very frustrated by a delivery order but their customer service after the fact has more than made up for it. They were quick to correct this issue and used multiple avenues to rectify the situation. Thanks McAlisters!!
Good soup, salads, and sandwiches priced for families and students. Love the big spuds - a full meal by itself.
One of the greatest food chains they are consistently great in every state excluding (the Midwest City one). Always fresh, always delicious, and always worth it. Get the app use the points thank me later.
