I've been coming here for 18 years and the past few years this McAllister's has gone downhill. The food is mediocre at best. The past few times I've ordered to go they're messed up the order. This time they forgot to put a side of chips with my son's meal. I got a pick two spud max and McAllister club. The spud max was not warm at all, like it had been sitting out a long time. There was turkey in it which seemed strange, it's usually just ham. The club bread was not toasted and limp, and the sandwich had little meat and a lot of mayonnaise and mustard, very disappointed. The young lady that rang up the order wasn't very nice. I said thank you and she just said uh huh. I keep hoping this place will be better like it was 5-10 years ago but it just disappoints each time.
I sure do love this store! I come in here when I DoorDash and on my own time. The staff are always super nice to me both on and off the clock. ☺️ My food is always fresh and served with a smile. Having a good relationship with staff always makes for better food. I know that may sound weird but it is what it is. The girls here always make me smile or laugh. I’ve never had to complain or even frown. I just genuinely love this spot. Thanks y’all for providing superior service and food ????❤️❤️
Great food and service and makes the customer feel welcome.Sure I got a very small portion of mac and cheese it seemed less than half of the bowl but still I had plenty of food and I really was there for a Reuben and the sweet tea.I brought a team of 23 people in and they handle our orders quickly.
They were super busy today and they still got my food out quickly. The tea is always good. My potato could have had more cheese Nice crew that works there
This place is a fast food chain with a restaurant feel! So kind, amazing customer service, and yummy food! 10/10 recommend
These people manage to get my order wrong every time. I don’t even get how, But they do.The wrong drink, the wrong soup, no cookie in my mobile order. It’s always something every time. I mean seriously. How hard is it check what was ordered. My goodness. This is my last time coming here. I ordered broccoli cheddar soup, and this is what I got, too late cause I’m already home. Thanks guys
Really good food! And even though they were busy, they were still quick about taking our order and serving our food to us, it was also very clean.
Food was great as well as the service. My only complaint is that the Mac n cheese seems to be always out right now. Makes for a sad child
my wife's been in the ICU at Hillcrest for 10 weeks now and loves your doups and sandwiches. She had just gotten off the ventilator and wanted a soup, so I got her a broccoli cheated bread bowl, 1/2 BLTA. And it was $16... was really good, but we can't/won't spend that much. maybe it was an accident but that price is outrageous for a half sandwich and soup....that's too bad bc we lobe this place and the people but at that price I could get twice the food. Hopefully it was rang wrong or whatever bc I'd hate to not come back bc of being overcharged. otherwise this place is [email protected]
McAlister's Deli is not the delis' I am used to. Originally from the northeast, those delis' had a more homemade feel to their menu. McAlister's had a more corporate feel to it's food and atmosphere, it is not a problem I assure you. The quick, bright service is a charm and all associates were extremely polite and actually looked happy. No fake forced smiles. They need to add brown gravy to their condiments. Also have more variety of dressing you can have put on a sandwich like Russian dressing. Would have made my own but no ketchup. You should give McAlister's a try. The roast beef was good. The only cold cut I will eat. Go eat there, what are you waiting for? GO!!!
