Have tried all the Trip Advisor top rated chinese places since my arrival in Tulsa. This is the place. The best on any dish I compared others to. Plus they have 4 of the most wonderful fish stew / soups is have ever had. Only complaint I have are the prices. The average shown by Trip Advisor is $6 - $12 when average cost is closer to $12 - $20 range. I suppose since they know they have a great product they can charge these prices.
Food was great, not a big fan of ordering by phone code(yea I'm old) gotta try the Mango Boba.
The taste ain't bad. But the price went up so much. I'd rather have less portion and same price. Oh however, the braised pork had both reduced portion AND increased price.
First off this was a place my wife picked for our anniversary dinner. At first I was like eh after looking at the place on the inside. We sat down and scanned a thing on the table and ordered from our phones. The staff was super friendly and patient with us considering it was our first time. This hardly happens but the food on the menu matches what we got. We ordered 3 dumplings(which were amazing) and two lunch specials. We absolutely are beyond satisfied and plan to come again!?
Worth the wait!Mandarin taste is amazing and authentic. They have the best lunch deals in town, and the house lo mein is seriously the best noodles I've ever had.Friendly staff, and an amazing hot pot.Make sure to tip at least 20% because they deserve it!
Mandarin Taste is delicious. The spice blend was deep with aromas not typical in American Chinese food. The spicy pepper chicken was definitely that. It had a floral start and a kick at the throat. Our table ordered many dishes, of note were the pork belly buns. These were savory and slightly sweet with the fat being just perfect for the appetizer it is.Service is quick, likely being the influx of patrons during the dinner rush.I've already been back once in the same weekend and will continue returning.
We ordered the “soup dumplings” but don’t expect any soup lol.The lunch sesame chicken, great value and taste. We also got cheese wantons, the wontons were a little more on the greaser side. If they were any bigger they’d be too much and the sauce for the wantons is the consistency of water. Not gonna lie, this restaurant was very average. It’s expensive fast food to put it plainly. And no the service wasn’t bad just average.^^ but it was $35 not including tip.
Pros: Fantastic staff, great boba tea and delicious desserts. Haven't tried the non-hot pot menu, but it looks great.Cons: The all-you-can-eat lunch hot pot is not worth it, since you can only order from a very limited menu, they stint how much meat you can order and it ends up being as expensive as it would have been if you'd just ordered the limited stuff in the regular way. It's also somewhat tasty but not great, there's better in town.I will go back, but not for hot pot, just for the regular menu.
The only place in Tulsa with the Macau Style Egg Custard Tart. They also have all you can eat hotpot for lunch at $23.99. We ate here a few times and their food are delicious. I will definitely try there dim sum next time.
Delicious Hot pot!!Definitely loved this hot pot honestly it was my first time ever trying a hot pot but as soon as I had I was mad that I haven’t had it before! Im coming back for sure and bringing more people with me, at first we didn’t order enough food but the ordering process was super easy we ordered more. 10/10 recommend for Asian food lovers
