From the time we walked in until we walked out, staff made us feel welcome. Nice ambiance, clean, modern. Food was well presented, hot and delicious. Waiter Eduardo was attentive without being chatty. An experience we will go out of our way to repeat. Fajita steak well seasoned and tender. Mushroom enchilada was special. Portions more than enough. Good salsa, warm, thin chips. Nice china, water glasses and linens.
Los Bravos is excellent and has some of the best Mexican food in the Tulsa area. Even before the name change and brief closure, my family have been loyal customers of this establishment for years. The restaurant is always very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and most importantly, the food is excellent! I have tried over a dozen different things on their menu, and I have pleased with each one. Their burritos too are the largest I have ever seen in my life! Please give Los Bravos Grill your business, you won't regret it!
Los Bravos rocks!!!First, let’s start with the most important thing: chips. Their chips are awesome, the are thin, freshly made, crisp, and the paper is absorbing the grease while you munch them (true chip people know that the mark of a great chip is how high the grease goes on the paper).Everything else is what you expect but just a little better. The fajitas, beans, rice and service were an upgrade from anything else in Tulsa. Los Bravos is my new favorite.
Received wrong order two weeks in a row! We were even given someone else's order and I realized before we left. The person brought ours back while we were standing there and the guy at register asked if we wanted that one!! No, we don't know what hand went into our chips while in their car. We want our order freshly cooked. He took it to the back and I guarantee brought it back out to us. Everything was soggy. He not once apologized for the 2nd order in two weeks being wrong. We watched two families walk in and walk right back out. One said it was because of the smell. We won't ever be back. I''m sure the other people we witnessed leaving won't either!
Tulsa’s best Mexican restaurant. The the food is delicious. The food portion sizes are extremely generous. The staff is very thoughtful & kind(they made me feel like family). The prices are very reasonable. I am so grateful they offer a wide variety of Gluten Free foods. If you want food that is better than any other Mexican restaurant in Tulsa you’ll come here. The atmosphere is welcoming. Newly remodeled and always clean.
Great ambiance but food taste disappointed ? we could not eat the food.Service is good and property clean.
Three of us had dinner there Thursday night and the food was very good, the service was excellent, Daisy was very good to us. It was very warm in the restaurant so we didn't stay as long as we would have liked.
Thought we’d give it another try. We haven’t been here in over a year. Service was horrible again. 8 adults, 5 were served drinks, 3 had to ask again. Waiter brought salsa but said they were out of bowls. By this time we have been sitting at the table 15 minutes. I requested extra napkins, sent my son-in-law to get them finally. I ordered large guacamole. 10 minutes later I requested again. Requested salsa bowls from someone else and she brought them. Finally ordered food. We were there over 45 minutes and 1 taco salad was brought out and a plate with shrimp and none of the sides that should accompany it, which were never received. 10 minutes later a burrito and taco orders arrived. A few minutes later a duplicate taco plate arrived. My steak tacos were dry & tough. I only ate one. Getting a ticket took another 15 minutes. The restaurant had many empty tables. We will not be giving it another try.
The food was great, the salsas we're excellent, the service wasn't so great, unfortunately. Plus waitress didn't get everyone's order somehow, & food was brought for 4 of us & the other 2 had to wait for their food. We had to flag down the manager to get things corrected. Order was messed up.
The last 2 times I have gone here I feel completely forgotten about. 1st time we sat there with empty plates and empty drinks for about 20 minutes just waiting for them to bring the check. The next time they said they were short staffed and just watched the workers and the manager just stand around and talk the whole time. Will not be back and will not recommend it to any one again.Needs new management.
