After growing up going to Krispy Kreme looking forward to the hats and watching the fresh donuts I was very excited to find this location and bring my kids.I have to say I was very disappointed. The viewing glass was very dirty. I've actually never seen one so dirty at a Krispy Kreme and I've been to A LOT of locations. The icing dispenser was also caked on and did not look well taken care of. This made me more sad than upset because I've seen old/original and opening day locations. The girl that took care of us was brand new, and obviously had little to no training and I feel bad she wasnt given better training. She had to ask the other girl how to ring in donut holes that they didn't even know either... It wasn't till (I'm guessing the shift lead) walked over and did it and said "that's how" it got fixed. Still it wasn't correct because we ended up with 3 dozen donut holes while paying for only 1 (Didn't understand why we got a dozen box till we started driving home).I understand covid made it harder to find good staff, but that does not mean allow them to ruin the name of Krispy Kreme. Customer Service, Cleanliness, and Smile Training should be a must for all employees to succeed and continue running a successful business.

The last 2 times I went, buying 2 dozen each time, the donuts were absolutely awful. Dry, hard, stale and the selection was the worst. If I’d wanted that I would have hit the days old selection at Walmart for farrrrrr less. That’s right, $15 per box for something that had to go in the trash. What happened? The place is an expensive inedible joke. Save your money and stay away.

I seen the Hot n Fresh sign on at Krispy Kreme so I decided to stop and order a mixed variety of a dozen donuts. Four of those being their hot n famous glazed ones. As they were boxing up my order I decided to take a look at their menu board. I then asked for a frozen latte, and sure enough the person behind the counter tells me that their machine is down. That's my luck, I guess. So I paid for my dozen donuts and proceeded to walk out to my car. And before I got to the exit I decided to stop so that I could devour a Hot Delicious Glazed and to my surprise not a single one was hot off the line. I can't believe I had to go back and tell them that I wanted these to be the Hot n' Fresh ones that they were famous for.

Taking mine it was 3 in the afternoon but I went there and I got two dozen of donuts one mixed and one glazed the teenager in the Drive-Thru asked me what kind of mixed doughnuts I preferred and I told him, cake type, all I got were jelly filled. I drove all the way from Sandsprings to surprise my family and for $32 for 2 dozen of donuts is ridiculous. And didn't get ones I liked and requested.

This place has gone wayyyy downhill! I ordered donuts online the day before so I can take them to work. What I got the following morning was $60 of yesterdays old stale frumpy donuts. I will stick to my Daylight Donuts from now on. The people working here aren’t very bright either….. very sad

Dude running the drive through was short and rude. I said hello and his response was Gimmie a min. I actually almost left. I wish I would have. The doughnuts I ordered were cold and hard like they are from the night before. Not sure what’s happened and I will not go back

So always been a fan of Krispy Kreme but here lately it’s slipping. Before and everyone knows when the light is on man the hot and fresh and the first touch is always something to remember. But here lately the light is on and you get cold donuts. I’ve been here 3x’s and this round I went and got my money back. But not sure what the new year is bringing lol and I’m just talking about donuts but you set a standard and now it’s no longer there as far as I can see. Had a coworker ask if I was in front of her at the drive Thru and she told me her donuts were exactly the same. So I’d look into management or if this is just the way it is then so be it. Good luck with the new hot and the new version of fresh donuts.

Had expectations of hot fresh, airy sweet donuts. Waited 45 minutes for a employee to hand me 12 old, heavy caked like donuts. Was very disappointed.

Don't order via Doordash! the dasher was great.... but they sent their oldest donuts on hand! so dry!

What can you say? It's Krispy Kreme. Always so very good. This location was a franchise location but then closed down and open the back up as a company store. I do seem to remember that there was more of a variety back in the day, but still the variety they did have it was incredibly good and of course they're playing glazed donuts are so very wonderful. Definitely be back.
