I'm writing this because my rudeness might have made my point mute. 1st, I called for 30 minutes with no answer, I wanted to let them know to put extra crispy thighs in, so when I get there, an hour before closing, they would be available. When I did fet there I asked for extra crispy thighs...we don't have any. I'll have wings...we dont have any. The reason these "specialized orders" couldn't be filled was because all of the workers were new, and even he (manager) was from a different store. So please, you give me your honest answer.A) They weren't ready for special orders, like chicken thighs or wings ? weird...it is a chicken joint.B) Should have crew come in early for phone training...what the loud noise maens (ringing), and where it's coming from, also where it is located and how to answer it.C) IncompetenceD) All the above
They keep the dining room closed. My orders for the last 4 visits have been bad, cold fries, wrong order. This location needs to just close down and reopen with new management.
Had my card information stolen from this location. All the employees were watching out for her as well. Chicken is awful and disgusting almost everytime. I avoid all KFC bc of my experience.
I'm a 75 year old woman, well dressed, with all my teeth. I went inyesterday to first use the rest rooms which were locked. I asked forthe key, and was told if I wanted to order. I said, "no, I want the key tothe ladies' room.". The man at the counter who didn't have all his teeth, said"the rest rooms are only for customers". After smelling the overpowering smell of used old grease, I knew I did not want to eat there. What franchise do you know that locks the rest rooms and doesn't let you usethe rest room? What a pathetical run KFC. Is this what the head officewants to alienate everyone that walks inside the door?
This store is very disorganized and the food prep area does not look very clean. In waiting for an order I was picking up, I witnessed several customers leave. They were waiting to place an order and not one employee acknowledged them as they continued to make other orders, which they were behind on. I waited ten minutes for a small DoorDash order when there were only 2 orders on their screen before my customers. They continued to make drive-thru orders before making the one I was waiting form
I live in the southwest side of town and on my way home from the mall I stopped at this kfc and purchased 2 large popcorn chicken. I had to wait while they cooked fresh popcorn chicken. I get home and both orders were nothing but crunchy pieces. No chicken at all. Small crunchy, tough things!! If I lived closer I would of taken it back. Very very disappointing
I purchased an 8-piece meal and I forgot to check the bag all guy got was chicken biscuits they didn't include my two sides of mashed potatoes and coleslaw
I got the chicken sandwich after seeing the advertisement and it was about half the size of the one they use in the ad. Just more lying on the part of corporate America to siphon money out of your pocket and into theirs...just sayin. This experience just reminded me why I don't eat at any fast food chain anymore. I won't go back.

It's been awhile since I've been to KFC. Mostly because of their exorbitant prices. I used to work there as a teen and it has definitely changed. Now it will be awhile longer before I return. The extra crispy chicken was overcooked in old oil and tasted rancid. The coleslaw tasted like cabbage in water. And again way overpriced for the poor value of food. I don't think they could find smaller pieces unless they are using Cornish hens now.
