Experience was about 1820-1830 on 04-11-22. As soon as I pulled up there were 2 cars in front of me and the guys headset was on, but said nothing for 2 mins, then said hold on. I ordered 2 large sides and an ind french fry. I get there, the guy at the window says "they decided to bless you with a large fry you're welcome" so I'm supposed to say thank you for something I didn't order and I'm blessed for that? I'm not religious and bringing your god into my fast food service is ridiculous. Leave it at home. I love KFC and it was my first time at this location, won't be back to this location due to lack of professionalism.
Sides are weak....miss buffet days.Still good meat, sometimes fat leg and wing cheer me up after getting small ones

Horrible customer service got my order wrong got my everything wrong charged me too much on an order there was three people just while I was standing in line who came in with their orders wrong it was the worst store I've been to

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. So bad that I will make sure to not visit any KFC location again. No one inside and no one in drive through but me. Repeated order twice, then had to wait out front for 10 minutes. Order was still wrong and food tasted like it sat for 2 hours. Stay away!
I am glad they had the pot pies available tonight.
The gentleman working the drive through was incredibly rude. We simply said “hello” and he yelled back “ONE MOMENT” in the most hateful tone. I’ve been to this KFC multiple times and have never had this horrible caliber of customer service.
Got there 30 minutes after the store was supposed to be open,,worker inside but doors were locked. Had to travel to another KFC to get my chicken fix. Normally they are fast and the order is always right. Everyone has a bad day and im not holding yesterday's experiance against them
They never have anything ready they are so slow when it comes to ordering through the drive thru please be a little more quicker.
