Seriously. How hard is it to get an order right. This KFC has had issues for a while now. Asked for a 3 piece meal but instead of slaw, sub mac and cheese. No problem they said. Ask for no gravy on the mashed potatoes and an extra side of fries. Didn’t get mac or slaw, just mashed potatoes covered in brown gravy. No fries. Sure was charged for all if it though. The time before this all the staff were out smoking pot (you could smell it) by the fridge outside while everyone waiting in line. They just need to shut this place down.
Everybody enjoys the secret spices on our crispy hot and ready chicken. And KFC has made itself a staple in most families take home family dinning.
very bad experience when I leave my work we go with my family to buy food at dinner time there is a person of color who is at the window who always treats us terrible is very resistant as if one were going to ask to work all day to have to buy and can that woman have work necessary to fire her because she makes fun of customers and is very arrogant
Everything was wrong in my order and I have been trying to speak with management for over two weeks I believe now. The manager that I did speak with the night of my order was unable to help me.(Kevin) He told me to call back in the morning and I work a full-time job at a restaurant myself so my time is also as valuable as yours! I have called back numerous times I have left messages with my phone number and no one has even reached out to me. .. this is absolutely ridiculous and as a manager my bosses would not allow me to act the same way and still keep my job! I absolutely will not be back to this location!!!!Maybe not any!! They do not seem to about to care about their customers or their customers time and money... I could see if one thing was wrong but my whole order was wrong and I even asked if I needed to keep the food and bring it back. I was told that wasn't necessary.... Now I'm out my money and we didn't even eat the food besides the biscuits. Smh even with covid and as hard as it is in the restaurant business this is a very sad!!!
The chicken was biiiitchiiiinn!?The employees are top notch, and service is excellent!The only complaint is due to the location of the lot there is pretty much no parking space, spaces are only located on one side of the building.I would give 5 stars, but as I previously stated, the parking availability is not quite as biiiiitchin' as the chicken!✨
Everytime I come here they get the order wrong even if I tell them multiple times how it's supposed to be and they repeat it back correctly. It would be kind off fascinating if it wasn't wasn't annoying.

Showed up, they told me that they were not doing specials that day even though they were advertising one on their sign. I then ordered a bucket and sides meal. They ONLY would give me mashed potatoes and coleslaw and refused to sell me any other sides. Chicken was only what they chose with no substitution-not even a choice of crispy or regular. Last time I will be going to that location

I ordered a chicken classic sandwich at the stores in Tulsa ok. What I got was the driest, and smallest chicken fillet ever. Just mayonnaise and bread no pickles. True tried 2 different KFC locations. I decided to not go back to KFC for chicken. The chicken is too small and they should take the chicken sandwich off the menu. Terrible, if you want a good chicken sandwich go to burger king, What a burger, Popeyes, even McDonald's. Stay away from this place.
