Does it really matter what time you go to KFC to ask for crispy chicken personally I wouldn't think so but if you go too close to closing time you're not going to get crispy chicken. It seems more consistently that whenever I go to a KFC location that there's going to be some item that I order that I won't be able to get and it's almost depressing. Not saying that I'm going to stop going to KFC but what are my options
My mother was just at this particular KFC and the "young lady" and I use this term loosely, was very foul mouthed, bad tempered and extremely rude to several of the Hispanic customers. Telling them they need to learn to speak English and cursing them out. She claims she didn't care if she got fired so why not grant her wish and FIRE HER?! This was totally unexceptable.

Drive thru took next to forever. I don't know what happened to KFC prices though. Same great food if you can afford to eat there.
They don't know how to put orders together...I asked for sauce and didn't get it and also I didn't get my sides...come on know it ain't that hard to put ppls sides and condiments In a bag and make sure that there costumer's leave happy
Slow and confused seems like nobody knows what they are doing. Terrible customer service. Store was empty and nobody seemed like they had a sense of urgency
Very good food as always. The service is great. The employees always apply the best deals they can to your order to get you the most for your money
Was alot of people in there. They forgot my order..then when I finally got it 25 minutes later..they forgot my drink and all the rest of my order.
That hav good chicken and Monday ,Tuesday, wendays,Wendy's, have some good special $299
Their pot pies are delicious, but don't call them CHICKEN because there wasn't any in the ones we just had. Mine had 2 little morsels. So disappointing.
