It was 8:10pm and the lobby was closed. We had to go thru the drive-thru. I was not impressed by that at all.
The Original Chicken season has no flavor what happen to all the spice flavor it use to have? Just tastes like they dip in just flour. Chicken has NO FLAVOR... ?
I just came through that kfc. Paid for a 12 piece and 6 biscuits. I only got half of what I paid for. 7 pieces of chicken and 4 biscuits. Someone needs to learn how to count. No one answers the phone when you call. I'm being ignored.
Came here for lunch, our food wasn't fresh. It tasted like it's been sitting in the warmers since they opened. The customer service was poor... I'll go to my local kfc next time
I heard he is the manager, rude as hell, I love KFC, but not on 2-2 -22 I chicken was horrible, I will be going else where, I'm very unhappy
Chicken was a little dry but had good flavor. Biscuit did not seem to be fresh. Overall not too bad and quick service
Rude Rude Rude the drive thru woman was the rudest individual I ever had to come across. The manager was there and didn’t care. I can’t believe they hire ignorant people like this . It had to have been the worst experience I have ever had through a drive thru.
The Drive Cashier's Are So Pleasant At This Location However My Chicken Was Dry Both Times I Went & My Biscuit I Gave Them A 2nd Try Before Doing A Review Only Because Of The Friendly Drive-Thru Workers.....So I Guess I'll Be Trying Out The Cracker Barrel On The Other Side Of Town
Have been to this KFC recently because of the Wednesday special(2.99). Their spicy chicken sandwich is not that bad but more to improve compared to Popeyes.
Love the 11 herbs and spices in original recipe and remember when they sold rotisserie chicken too,love that too.
