Hadn't been to a Jimmy John's in years as I had a negative experience at one in Dallas. This one was great. Food was prepared perfectly and was ready before I finished filling my drink. I like the size of the bread compared to other sandwich places, although I'd prefer a crustier roll. The toppings were plentiful and tasty. Will be back some time for another. I hear their tuna is great so I'm thinking to try that next time.
I ordered my favorite sandwich and they had it at my door within 15 minutes. The only problem was that the driver had no change, so I ended up tipping $11 on a $12 sandwich, but they credited some of that back to my account. So I'm happy.Just be careful Jimmy John's downtown Tulsa, because there seems to always be a few things wrong with each order.... but it is always delivered fast and taste good. Thanks for the effort, because I know from experience, the food service industry is hard.
Always enjoyed my subs. They were always made the way I ordered. Staff made a mistake in delivery and corrected it quickly and threw in a free cookie ( which was my favorite...... how did he know. ?). Hate that they don't deliver in this area anymore. I'm disable so my transportation is none and I have to depend on others for driving things. I'll order when I can.
Good food. Made fresh and taste great. However, they do not follow instructions very well. If you ask for no tomatoes or to slice in half, they NEVER do it. I live less than a quarter mile away. I get a notification when they’re out for delivery and it usually takes 45 minutes to actually arrive. I’ve called the store and provided this feedback and nothing changes.Bottom line is: adjust your expectations when ordering from them at this location.

Going downhill. Use to be the go to spot. No one listens. No sauce on sandwich, asked to cut in half so a dry sandwich I can’t manage. No straws for drinks. The extras I understand but your sandwich maker is lazy and careless. Prices went up $3 last few weeks. Time to find a new spot.
I agree with some of the other reviewers about it being a hit or miss. One time I ordered ahead, walked there, and was rudely told that they were closed from the day!! The manager was so aggressive and menacing! How was I supposed to know that your restaurant was closed for the day when I placed my order???Other times, it’s good — I’ve yet to have a late sandwich order, but they do forget to add condiments or extra toppings.
After ordering delivery from here multiple times, they are either extremely late (1-3 hour wait time) or they bring you the complete wrong order. Going in and getting your food is the only viable option at this location, because delivery is a nightmare.
This Jimmy John’s is the worst. Most days I’m in their delivery range, but occasionally they’ll arbitrarily cancel the order, and say that I am not. When they cancel, they won’t even email, call, or let you know the order was canceled. You’ll just be waiting on the order to arrive, without any knowledge that it’s not coming. The staff is rude, unpleasant, and will boldly lie to your face. Bad service. Low quality. Would not recommend.
Absolutely disgusting! Feels like this place is never cleaned. The staff is rude, loud, and disgraceful. It took them 30 minutes to get my order ready. The ticket was just sitting there, being ignored, and the staff was just messing around without actually working. This place is a disgrace. Shut it down.
