We tried Jersey Mike's at Tulsa Hills. We were impressed by the fact they cooked our cheese Steak when we ordered. That was the best cheese Steak sandwich I ever had. I will be back.
Friendly staff, clean location, fresh food.I was extremely hungry when I swung in for my first trip. Every thing looked great and their associates were friendly.The food just had so little flavor, definitely wasn't expected to not taste my lunch.
The employees are friendly, and work fast to make your sandwich as it was very busy when we were there.They could use some help with making a veggie sandwich though.

Ordered ahead on the app around 11am, well before a lunch rush. Order was supposed to be ready at 11:25. Arrived at the pickup time for sandwich, only to find they hadn't made it. Typical if the restaurant is busy, so I wait after letting them know I was here. And then I wait and wait and wait. Thankfully they got my order to me twenty minutes after the pickup time or about 45 minutes after I'd ordered it. Best part? Sandwich was missing ingredients. I can understand if the restaurant is busy, but there were only three customers in line and one small table sitting down.
This was my first time eating at Jersey Mike's. The store was clean with about two Customers dining in. The girl with a tattoo on her neck who greeted me never smiled but looked hateful but the male employee that prepared my sandwich was new but very helpful and was not afraid to ask for help. The sandwich bread (parmesan) was better than any other sandwich shop, the taste of the sandwich was awesome and was different than other sandwich shoppes. I would (other than the management of happy smiles) recommend everyone giving this store a chance and see if you become a Jersey Mike fan. I am based on their food and will back to this location to give them a second chance for a.five star.
First time here and I loved it. The employees really made the experience great. Very very good sub guys. 12/3 night crew all 3 of you were amazing, awesome, super friendly, and hardworking.
