Normally, I love Jack in the Box. But, my experience today was extremely disappointing. I understand times are tough at this point in history, and finding help is difficult. But, when we walked in, the dining room was completely empty and 3 employees were lounging in a booth. It was slow but it seems like the manager would have had employees cleaning instead. When I went to get my drink the floor was very sticky. And, all the tables were sticky and dirty...there wasn't a clean table in sight. I had to go get a wet paper towel from the nasty bathroom to wipe our table down myself because nobody would help me at the front. And, to top it off the chicken nuggets were extremely mushy and cold. We won't be back to the Jack in the Box in south Tulsa.
Haven’t been to JITB in a very long time. Stopped in for lunch. IMO the burger was average to other similar burger places, my daughter thought their nuggets were top choice as to the normal Wendy’s or McDs, BK. Friendly service and clean store.
I want to give a compliment to Nessa and Shawna. They're the only ones working and job a awesome job! busy as heck and they were apologize for taking so long. they were working very hard and fast to please everyone! you both are outstanding employees!
Judge a Jack in the Box on it's tacos. This one is always on point.Tyrone in the drive thru today was genuinely cheerful and friendly, and he always is. We spend so much time pointing fingers at people for negative reasons. This guy deserves a shout out for being positive. Make it rain a raise for Tyrone, Jack.
I enjoy the mini tacos and egg rolls. I put my left overs in my air fryer and they're as good or better the second meal.
It’s currently 11:30 at night and I’m stuck in a long line, I get up to the window there’s 5 cars still behind me and they tell me I’m sorry but we closed early and turn off all the lights so now everyone is stuck until they get the orders out on the cars ahead. I called and begged them to move the cars along so we can get out and they won’t. We are STUCK and being refused service during business hours
This is the best jack in the box in Tulsa. The people are always nice and the food is always fresh. The burgers are always neatly wrapped and look like someone made them with pride.Two thumbs up
Jack in the Box is hands down my favorite fast food restaurant. The amount of Sourdough Jacks and Breakfast Jacks I’ve had is insane. Tbh, I PROBABLY hold the Guinness World Record ? But that’s besides the fact, go getchu some!!
The food was fresh, hot, good, and delivered fast. There is not much more to ask for. The staff seemed to be very competent and friendly. No complaints here.
Burgers were "okay"; sufficient enough for late night (and if Whataburger down the street is way too busy). However, after midnight, you can't be too picky. Their double cheeseburger with bacon was pretty good. This burger doesn't include lettuce & tomato (as the menu picture shows on the order board). I like their fries; they were seasoned well. I actually LOVED their onion rings. I would actually order their onion rings over their fries next time. The onion ring breading seemed to be a seasoned panko-type bread crumb, making the onion rings tasty with a crunch; perfectly seasoned. I like Crunchy onion rings! Overall, the food was good. Service was very quick and staff was friendly. We will return.
