The shakes are always my favorite, but I like the chicken too. There aren't a lot of places that stay open this late so it's nice to be able to go here, but the drive thru line takes awhile sometimes. I was probably in line for around half an hour tonight. It's not uncommon for me to be waiting 20+ minutes at night here. I'm assuming this place is short-staffed because they don't compensate employees well enough. Personally, I'd rather pay an extra dollar for my late-night shake and have employees being paid better for all the hard work they do!

Quality of food and taste is much better than McDonald's, Wendy's and Burger King. It costs more but it's worth every penny. Friendly staff. The drive through gets very backed up later in the night.

This review will be similar to my Del Taco review, which makes sense because I see Jack in the Box owns Del Taco. This will show how many opportunities I gave Jack in the Box. Nevermore! Burger: unseasoned beef even the sauce and pickles couldn't deem appetizing; breakfast burrito: surely you can't screw up one of those...yes, you can, with some nasty textured eggs and meats; finally, deep-fried tacos and bland chicken nuggets that I thought my stomach was going to reject during the digestion process.

I ordered in the app to pickup through the drive thru. My card was charged, but when I got there they hadn't received my order even though it had been over 20 minutes since I had placed the order. They said that they couldn't make my order because it never showed up in their system. I showed them the receipt in my email, but to no avail. It was late my daughter was tired and hungry and we had to go spend more money somewhere else since they couldn't make our order. It really was an awful experience. They told me to go on the app and send feedback which I did, but haven't received a response as of yet.

I went there tonight and waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and when I got to the order spot the lady said .. were only making orders for doordash.. there's noway to pullout and exit in that spot?.. so basically they wanted me to not order anything but also wait behind 6 cars that did get to order.. WHO DOES THAT??..Jack in the box just died to me.. never again ?

Late night only door dash orders and mobile orders allowed. The app will not allow mobile orders (tried 2 phones) due to the store not offering the menu (so it says). I asked the girl at the window and she replied “I don’t know I’m not a phone expert!” First off all, I never thought she was a “phone expert”. Second of all, the question holds valid ‘how do you do a mobile order if your store won’t allow the menu to be pulled up?’. Third of all, no sign was posted upon entering the drive thru line where I was then forced to sit until I could exit after every car in front of me got their order. And fourth, a better response would have been, “oh wow, I am not sure actually. Can you tell me exactly what it says so I can get that information to my manager in hopes of making sure you and anyone else don’t experience this issue again.”Jack in the box please do better on customer service and please offer more continued training to your employees on how to respond to customers with questions and concerns.Thank you.

I ordered 3 different sauces with my food respectively and didn't get any of them and ordered no ice in my drink but there was heavy ice in my drink! All 4 details were listed on the ticket

I specified a product I wanted twice while ordering and she still rang up the other and I didn't get my sauces with anything. While waiting at the window I noticed they had one girl exchanging money and packing food bags to hand out ? you've gotta tell your employees about gloves or washing hands in between if they are too lazy to use the first window for the money exchange. Even saw her scratch her tummy and nose in between,almost didn't want to take my food but we were in line for over 20min! Got home and even the egg rolls were burned.

The location is mainly why I visit here. I like the tacos and they're 2 for about 1.50. How ever this location NEVER has fresh tacos no matter what. Ive even said I would wait for fresh ones. Reguardless of which, most of the time the staff is nonchalant reguardless of how nice I am. The staff and food compared to other jack in the boxes is not the best!

We waited in line and was told they would not serve us and would only serve Uber or doordash. We are paying customer and i find this unacceptable it's not fair to people who do not feel like paying the high price of delivery fees. This has become a problem everyway. But the way I and my friends was unacceptable and I will be calling corporate in the morning.. we are paying customer and we can't order food from a place that is open.
