Well I decided to try Ole Jack in box while I was over here on the side of town. I ordered simple chicken sandwich lettuce tomato special sauce and I have to say well done Jack. Been some years since I last ate at Jack in box for some who remember that meat issue that pretty much put them almost out of business. Here's Jack in box a new branded but same atmosphere food good tasty ?????
I ordered one teriyaki bowl and 4 tacos. Taking mind it was 12:00 at night. However my husband ate the tacos and was perfectly fine. I ate the Teriyaki Bowl and have been sick for 3 days with food poisoning and haven't eaten anything since so I know it was that. just be careful!
Super clean inside dining area & bathrooms. Staff was also friendly and patient. Great prices and food if you want a quick bite without sacrificing your money or quality!
As far as fast food joints go, it's one of my favorites. It's a broad menu (burgers, chicken, tacos, eggs, etc.) as it relates to variety, including serving breakfast all day. They do it well as far as fast food, it tastes fresh and it tastes like it's real.
Second time in a row they've gotten my order wrong. And the second time I ordered a #13 Sourdough Grilled Chicken Club. This time I got a Jack's Spicy Chicken instead. Both times the receipt says Sourdough Grilled Chicken Club. I least they got my Curly Fries and Drink right.
Been here twice while on business and the employees people skills are great, but I'm disappointed because my taco was crushed & the burger had mustard instead of mayo on second visit. First time order was perfect. People skills keep it at 4 stars, without that 5 stars first visit, 3 stars for tonight's visit.
Watched the manager take curly fries from a customers HANDS and put them back under the warmer to serve to someone else because the original guy actually ordered regular fries. Thank goodness we already had our food, cause we ordered curly fries.
It was a pleasant surprise. I was not expecting much. However, what I got was a really really good sandwich. The quality and flavor were far superior to the price. I will go back.
Why does this place bother staying open? There's always an excuse for this place. If they're not closing HOURS early for whatever reason, being understaffed included, they can't service regular customers. Tonight was the last straw. After waiting a solid 10 minutes in the drive through for an answer, I'm told "I'm sorry, we can only service DoorDash orders tonight." With three vehicles in front of me, and countless behind, there are going to be a lot of disappointed people that may never return to your establishment. I know I won't. Funny, while writing this, they turned out the lights and closed completely at 2234, on a Wednesday night, when they advertise midnight (down from 24hrs). It makes ZERO sense why you can make DoorDash orders but not anything else. What happened to you, JITB?
The store manager named JONNY had a bad attitude while i was ordering. He threw a smart remark over a simple question i asked and was very UN-professional! He gave an attitude the whole time as i was ordering. I dont know how he became a manager but he was very disrespectful! Will never give business to them again!!
