First I would like to condole on the pricing. Is there any way those prices could creep up just a little bit more. I mean for a think sandwich, chips and a drink at $10. Could we get this price a little closer to the $13 mark ???? yep I’m sure folks are pleased with paying WAY more for an item than what it is worth. Hence the owners car collection. Yea that comes at the expense of over pricing. I’m sure the customers would climb out of their skin if they knew how much the company paid for most items compared to what they are selling it for. Yea I’m out on supporting that cause. I will shop in my own bulk and save ten fold. ✌?✌?✌?✌?✌?✌?
The options provided by imperial are heavily processed, calorie dense foods with no nutritional value. Additionally, the few times I have had catered imperial food, it has been very low quality, cold and just not enjoyable. The prices are on the high side but reasonable. Would avoid at all costs.
Bit into the southwest chicken wrap found a hard piece of plastic. Cut my gum. Can se the blood on the edge of plastic piece. You should definitely check your utensils an plastic items because I found the missing piece.
They supply vending to a plant I work in at IFF at Pryor, OK. Machines always stealing money, constantly having to go and get my money back from front desk and this time their change machine had taken 10 dollars from me and now I’m having trouble getting my money back. At least fix your machines. Geez

Our company has used Imperial for over 5 years. We are very satisfied with their performance. Anytime we have a issue they fix it immediately. I have been working with Julie Sharp and she has always went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of.
Julie Sharp does an outstanding job. she is quick to respond and follow up and always check to make sure we are satisficed with anything Imperial does for us, coffee, catering, vending and supplies.
Absolutely Terrible they think their so called fresh market food is gold apparently they are set up where I work and there prices are ridiculous $2.70 for a bottle of propel when they are $1.89 at QT or a 12 pack is under $7 at walmart, candy bars are over $2 for the regular size,, a honey bun is over $2 same for the small bags of chips in their fresh market their refrigerated sandwiches are like $2.50 and disgusting. They even have a can of tomatoes soup for $3.50 I'll never spend another dime on anything from them

They have GREAT coffee made in-house. They offer Vending for businesses and a Market option for more variety. Imperial even offers corporate and private Catering and can operate your corporate kitchen for your staff's meals. All around service with friendly knowledgeable people.
