Waited for an hour for food / the silver ware was so dirty we took our food to go ,also table and seats were sticky.not going there again!Tried to give this place another chance but yea, now this building will be crossed off my list for good, WORST place in bixby, Oklahoma to go in the evening,I ordered a pablano omelet and the picture I attached is the way it was presented to me. She forgot I ordered food twice already and still she came back with a bunch of excuses for Terrible service. Ordered coffee the waited 1 hour to receive coffee after she forgot about that as well ,not ever going to waste my money. Not ever for this location, it should not exist.
i would give zero stars if i could. waitress ignored us when we asked if we could be served after 20 mins of being seated. i had never been this disrespected by someone and her attitude was terrible and so rude.
We had everything we asked for only thing is that they didn’t have hot chocolate and it was a cold night! But ok we. Had a great server he was so attentive with our table and check to make sure we were good thank you sr. Keep up the good work! Thank you again!!?
The picture on the menu was nothing like what I received. Looked like someone tripped, fell and spilled a bunch of old bananas and strawberries. No whip cream either. Waffle House could have been better and I would have appreciated the waitresses fighting with each other than have this meal. Honestly the truth.
Either you are an Ihopper or you aren't. Our service was good and the food came out quickly. This location is very clean and updated. Bathroom was clean as well. I really really miss the different flavors of syrup that used to be on the tables. My daughter loves their pancakes. I find them a bit gummy. Overall pleased. We wanted breakfast for dinner and that's what we got
I won't ever go back to this IHOP. The waitress was terrible, she was rude, didn't even try to see if we needed anything, she only came to the table 1 time after she sat in the booth across from us and took our order, and that was to give to give us our check. I wont ever go back. The food wasnt very good but it was better then the service we didn't get from the waitress.
Excellent wait staff. Dakota is a real pro and the food was all awesome. Great place to eat any time of day.
Worst service ever. Our waitress left because her shift was over and left us to the other one. The other lady didn’t ever get our food and she abandoned us for a larger table. We waited 2 hours and then we decided to left. We only had 4 people never go here if you want decent service. You are better off not eating because at least you’ll know if your getting your food or not. I hope I never make the mistake of going here again.
Amazing staff that were very attentive. The food was great and our waiter Christine was very kind as well as the rest of the staff who all took time to check up on every customer and went out of their way to make sure my son and the rest of my family enjoyed our meal. They even offered to draw a face on his waffle for him and brought him extra strawberry's because he liked them. I'm very pleased with the cleanliness of the restaurant as well. Definitely an amazing five star experience.
Besides the 30 min wait (understandable) the food is underwhelming and our waiter asked to hit our dab pen. I mean working in the service/food industry i can see that's the only way to get through your shift, but really man... be more prepared
