Four stars because usually we have a great experience. Food was good, poor waitress had a 16 person table, along with a few other tables. Pretty sure she was the only wait staff, although she might have been training someone. The manager was also there. We had a couple mistakes, but they were corrected quickly. The only real "complaint" I have is that they apparently don't use coin change any more, so I lost out on like 36 cents. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of.
Best IHOP to go to after Midnight! Our server Logan was so awesome, since we were the only customers in he was chatting up a storm with us. Great guy and highly recommend if you come in!Logan is very kind and even brought my service animal some cut up grilled chicken!
This ihop is great!! The waitstaff is incredibly friendly and helpful with menu questions. The restaurant is always clean and the tables are bussed very quickly.The new renovation looks fantastic!! Love the new feel.
I like this restaurant. No surprises. On this visit, we had the 2+2+2. Two eggs, two sausage's, two pancakes. Very good. The waitress Lissa was on the ball. She did a very good job. I will return.
We waited for two hours after being seated to get our food only to have it served cold! Their were several people who walked out tonight. Not to mention my daughter's pancakes where served in a black plastic to go container!

We were at this Ihop couple times. The last time was Jan 29,22. we were out and very hungry. we decided to have some thing to eat before we went home. Our server is Mr. Brandon. He is very friendly, nice, claim during our diner there; we had been drinking. He took our order fast because we said we knew what we wanted and our drinks came out shortly too. Whatever we had asked him to assist us during diner , he went to do it in no time. My friend ; she owns a restaurant and compliments Mr. Brandon as an friendly, helpful, and pay great attentions to details about our orders. Thank you for your excellent services and keep up the great job. We will visit your place again.
I did a curbside order through the app. I have a sick child and didn't want to come in. I went through the process of letting the IHOP know what vehicle I was driving. I went through the process of letting the IHOP I was on my way. I went through the process of parking in the designated curbside IHOP parking space. I went through the process of letting the IHOP know I had arrived. I was notified by IHOP that my order was on the way out. I receive the notification "You made it! We see you in the parking lot and your order will be brought to you soon!" I wait for 25 minutes! I call wondering where my (now cold) food is. They inform me they don't do curbside after dark. There is no signage or notice that is the case. Completely unapologetic.They get a 1 star for at least getting the order correct, which is normally not the case.
Everyone there was really friendly and the food was made well but I did not expect my steak to be sweet. Aside from that, the rest of the food was pretty good.
The service was very stressfully. The pandemic has taken its toll. Not enough people to help. Breakfast was served cold. They really were trying hard to do the best job they possibly could short staffed.
