I consider myself to be technologically savy. But I have never felt the need to leave a Google review. This place is that good. All of their employees were good but if you have the chance ask for the waitress Jenna she was my waitress and she went above and beyond. If I can give this place more stars I would it almost makes me want to move to Tulsa so I can become a regular here.

The food was cold and when the waitress brought our food she didn't even have mine right and the eggs tasted like there was cheese in them and the protein pancakes weren't even good I make protein pancakes at and they were better than yours and my friend had cheese steak and there was so much grease on it she couldn't even eat it all and the waitress didn't even ask us if everything was OK and when she brought the drinks she brought 2 glasses of tea for my friends and myself I had coffee and she brought 2 things of coffee and I paid with cash at the table and she said she doesn't give change and we will not be back to this IHOP on 31st and Memorial in Tulsa oklahoma I spent 24.00 dollars here for nothing and not even if you give me a free visit I won't use it my friends said if we had been anything but white we would of been treated differently and they weren't even busy maybe 8 tables counting our table and my friend went to the bathroom and there were no paper towels asked for salt and pepper and she gave us the little paper ones and the others had a regular salt and pepper shakers so if you keep business going this way it won't be long before the door closes for good

We dined in at the IHOP On 31st and Memorial. The employees had no compassion for their customers. Many were talking loud, on cell phones, not respecting customers may just want a little bit of quiet time to enjoy their meal. I was very irritated! Our food was cold, the waitress was nice, however, she also was apart of the loudness from the other employees. My husband and I were so uncomfortable. We won't be going back to that IHOP!

Overall very good service, our server was new and she did the best she could. By no means was it bad service, I believe it was truly a training issue more than anything else. Very polite but just not aware of how to use computers to place orders. I understand that as nowadays the screens are loaded with icons to press. Food was hot, presentation was good, so as a whole we were very happy and filled our stomach which was our goal.

Service was excellent. Restaurant was packed due to a major convention in town. Wait staff and kitchen handled things like a champ.Special kudos to Natalie. She made the trip tonight worth it. Her service skills are impeccable and rarely seen in wait-staff. Very attentive! Food was on point as well with the chicken fajita omelet and pancakes.

I hop is a chain so you can't really expect great. Over packed and food was alright. Nothing to write home about. The waitress was ok, but after she delivered the food didn't see much of her,.

Placed this order online. It was supposed to be a curbside pick-up order. However, nothing was ready when we arrived. In fact, we had ordered 3 milkshakes that they would not make or refund. The whole experience was a "cluster" ...if you know what I mean. In summary, don't waste your time or money ordering anything from IHOP. (The 1 star rating was simply because 0 stars wasn't an option.)

IHOP has been around for all of my life. They have consistent quality control, so that you can pretty much rest assured, that you are getting what you expect. Even when you are in a new place, the food is just as good. Of course, it is more expensive to eat out, than it is to cook, the same at home... But then you have to do all of the prepping... Buying the strawberries, or blueberries for your pancakes, and mixing up the batter, and then cooking the bacon, sausage, hash browns and don't forget the pancakes. And you need to time them, so that they all finish cooking, at about the same time, so that everything is still fresh and hot when you sit down to enjoy it. OR you can just hop in your car and head down to your friendly IHOP and let them do all of the heavy lifting, and simply enjoy a scrumptious meal. And in my opinion, the best part of eating out is that you don't have to do the dishes. I would like to encourage you to remember to please tip the wait staff, as these wonderful people work so hard to do their very best to make sure that your dinning experience is totally wonderful. This chain definitely rates a "2 Thumbs Up" ?? I would give them more, but like most folks out there I only have one thumb on each hand.

ordered hot tea and glass of water. waitress brought out tea mug and water, then took order and left. no sugar on table, so had to wait for her to get back to where we were seated. brought sugar, I drank my tea.....had to ask other waitress to get our waitress...(never showed up until summoned but other waitress....out of tea for 15 min ... brought another cup of tea. 15 min later out pancakes, bacon, and sausage arrived...very little butter on top pancake...none on bottom pancake...bacon was luke warm sausage was Luke warm and pancakes were cold! We got up and left after offering to pay for our tea...No charge! will not eat at the IHOP again! -5 stars

We went yesterday night.. The food was great, we enjoyed it. It took a while (30 minutes to 1 hr) to get food but we was in no rush. There was only 2 waiters and they tried their best. They were polite as well.
