There was a small cereal size bowl (you can only get 1) that you were supposed to put noodles, your protein,vegetables and sauce in. Needless to say, there wasn't much room in the bowl. You wait in line around the circle until you food cooks. It doesn't take long to cook since you don't have much in your bowl. It is all you can eat, but takes a while in the line etc. So it isn't worth the wait. The food was not very good. Little meat choices. Shaved frozen small pieces of chicken,etc. A kid brought his plate back up to grill while I was waiting and he told them his chicken was raw. They just put it back on the grill next to other people's food. Needless to say we won't be back. Oh, the price is 15. 99. Not worth it!!!!!!!!
Love this place! I went for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. With the choice to go back up multiple times, I was able to find the perfect bowl for my taste in food. Very simple process, amazing food, service was amazing, and so much more. Fun thing to do is to tip the cooks. I’ll leave the rest for you to see…
Tried this place out for the first time. My waitress was awesome! I wish I would’ve gotten her name. Going down the food line I was a little disappointed. Not many options here. Veggies seemed a little old. The sauce suggestions are great! And the cook was nice. Store was clean too!
One of my wife and I's current favorite restaurant. Always buffet style but very clean. Fresh ingredients and grilled in front of you. Even very beginner friendly with guides and signs to help you make your dish. Could eat there everyday and still have a different bowl every time. 10/10
My mouth was watering ever since I saw HuHot when I first got here. Their choice of meats where a little disappointing, but I went on to get what I wanted. First off they only allow 1 bowl for food, where I was used to using 2. While cooking the food, the cook did not shred up the meat like I was used to. Therefore when I got my plate, there were large pieces of beef. When I set down to begin eating, those pieces of beef were tough like jerky. The food line was very messy as well as the floor. All it takes is one slip. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed. Please change your appearance (keep it clean), do something about that processed beef you are using( thinner cuts that the cooks can chop up) and teach the cooks how to cook. I want to come back, but don't want a repeat of what I had last weekend. I based this on the one in Ft. COLLINS, CO. They had it down pretty good, and it was always good food.
I've been visiting HuHot for at least a couple years. They have plenty of protein and vegetable options. One of my favorite things is the sauce bar. Nothing like trying new combinations. My first bowl and second bowl are always a little different, on purpose.Once you have it then your standard hibachi feels underwhelming, primarily because you lack control of sauces and oil. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

This Hu Hot location is excellent. We were there on 4/24 between 4-6 just driving through OK. The building is clean and the staff are all exceptional with respect to friendliness and helpfulness. They are very respectful of dietary preferences and/or allergies. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food available and convenience. You have the ability to make your meal as healthy as desired which is a huge plus for us.We highly recommend this Hu Hot to anyone to enjoys a Mongolian BBQ and even those who don’t.
I have had several experiences with this type of dining across the country, but this was my wife's first Mongolian BBQ experience and she loved it! I did, too! Our server/waitress, Courtney, was very attentive nice and helpful, especially when they were a little short staffed and a busy time of day. The food was really fresh and a nice variety of ingredients to choose from. The sauces were all delicious! The staff did a great job of trying to keep the counters clean and bins well stocked. Only three cooks were working the grill but managed to keep up with the customers and seemed to be having fun, especially Zachary, who was so polite and courteous with a wonderful sense of humor and great attitude. Both Courtney and Zachary added to the overall great experience! If you are tired of mediocre and subpar Chinese buffets, try HuHot! The price is right, too!
The restaurant was not clean, no one waited on us. 6:00 Friday evening, only one server was to be seen. We got our food, then went to a table. My husband went to the kitchen to find a server to ask for napkins and drinks. Again, only one server working, the others were talking in the kitchen. When we were ready to leave, i went to the front and asked the one working server if we could pay. She went to find our "waitress" who i had never seen before. The woman asked me how I wanted to pay and seemed surprised that I wanted a check. When she came back I told her the price was not fair because we were not offered our bowl of rice, soup and salad. She said she would have to ask her manager if she could offer a discount. What a shame. Manager issue - I won't be back here.
