7/18/22 Just ordered a large sausage pizza from Hideaway Pizza on Memorial. I’m guessing that they only used a tablespoon or two of tomato pizza sauce for the large pizza. We couldn’t taste any pizza sauce, only sausage and cheese. So disappointed. We’ve ordered from Hideaway for years, but no more. Pizza isn’t pizza without tomato sauce.

I always have a good experience at this Hideaway and love going here but today was the best service I have ever had. I tried to call and speak with a manager to acknowledge my server, but was told both managers were busy and to call back later. We were the six top with four kids who ordered two large pepperoni pizzas. Anyways, thanks for the great service!

Food and service was good and fast, but I have one major complaint. I observed the manager named Steve being overly rude to his employees for no reason. They were doing an amazing job, but he was constantly over their shoulder criticizing them for everything, and then talking bad about them behind their back, making the employees visually upset. This man need to be put in his place and understand how amazing his team truly is without him.

Had an amazing experience today! Went to the handy dandy curbside to order my pizza. The nice young lady (I believe her name was Hailey) helped me so much in deciding what pizza was best for me! Over all great pizza and even better service! Keep up the amazing work Hideaway and Hailey :)

The staff is amazing! Adam was our server, and he made sure we were taken care of. The pizza itself came out quickly and was excellent! I'll definitely be going back.

Something is missing, just not the same level of service and food. Plenty of staff standing around, just doing thier specific job description, playing, no teamwork. New Owner/Leadership/Management maybe? ...sadly the focus is not on the guest :(

This is a delicious pizza place. There are a plethora of unique signature pizzas. There are also salads and sandwiches for those less inclined to eat pizza. The restaurants provides a family friendly dine in environment. There are booths for more privacy and a bar for those that left the kids at home. I will say that it is very pricey despite how unique the signatures are. Perhaps a bit too much. I prefer to split if I can. The small 6 slice pizza is not enough for two people though so you'll need to move to a medium or large to split. Love that you get to take your cups home if you get a soda. I would tell a friend that this is a good place although it's not my first place I'd recommend for pizza. I will probably be back as I have friends that like this place.

I have never been here and was giving it a chance. I was happy we did; the pizza and garlic knots were amazing. On top of that the service was amazing, he was always checking in on us and knew the menu well. I will definitely come back and wish I had the recipe for those garlic knots.

Service is usually good; however, tonight was different. -2 stars from my original review.I think the waitor was new. He got our drinks, forgot to get the menus. My dad gave his food order as soon as I was done ordering my drink and he walked off and never came back for my food order (my dad had to call him back). Dad had to send his food back because it was cold.Waitor was a nice guy though- he and the other staff were still professional. Just needs a bit more experience. (Please don't be too hard on him)

Took 8 min for drinks another 15+ for pizza, checked up on once in 20 min. Pizza was poorly brought out at different times
