Despite the parking lot packed and a party bus in the lot we was sitted fast and greated promptly. Appetizers ordered and pizza. Hot fresh. Highly recommend
Had another awesome meal at Hideaway Tulsa Hills last night. Tyler is the best server in history. He is professional and very customer oriented. 10 ?
I always ordered chicken Florentine pizza in Stillwater and that is my favorite. This time I stopped by hideaway at this location and I was disappointed because the pizza didn't have either enough pesto and garlic. Additionally, it usually comes with minced garlic and not big ones. Didn't like at all. Fried mushrooms were ok.
We went to the Hideaway Pizza on Olympic in Tulsa. Our pizza came out with a long hair hanging off of it, this grossed us out. The waiter was nice and put in a order for a replacement pizza. We sat patiently and waited for the new pizza, when up comes a lady telling us that it will be a little longed on the pizza because they dropped the replacement. Are you kidding me! What a waist of my time. Should have went to McDonald's!
Sometimes we'll dine in, but I order carry-out once a week from this Hideaway location. Seth frequently works on the carry-out orders and is super friendly and remembers me every time. He's very well mannered and seems to care about his job.
We came from out of state and stumbled upon this place. The staff was very kind and receptive, the restaurant was pretty clean and the art work was so cool, the food was so good and affordable for a big family. If I am in OK again, I will be back!
Nice atmosphere, good service (by pandemic standards excellent) and scrumptious food. Generous with the toppings. We will be back to try the salads. Edit 4/20/22 had a Caesar salad with grilled chicken breast & was cooked to perfection.
Two days after dining at Hideaway on Olympia the thing I most remember is just how overwhelmingly disappointing the pizza was. Ordered the ATW. Thin crust with both red sauce and garlic glaze. Substitute Italian sausage for pepperoni. Could not taste the garlic. Vegetables were raw and the bell pepper was bitter. We were advised to order the pizza well done at our next visit. Really? That sounds like a guaranteed way to get a pizza with a burned crust. Duh. Through the years I've ordered that same exact Hideaway pizza many times. It's tasty if you add the garlic, use some quality ingredients, and make the effort to prepare a quality pizza. Sadly, every refrigerated pizza I've purchased from Aldi has been tastier and of equal if not better quality than what I was served at Hideaway. Tastier and cheaper. I can't imagine any reason to return any time soon.
We are from out of town and Hideaway was convenient right down the road from our hotel. For a Saturday evening, we were shocked that we didn’t have to wait at all. The cheesy garlic bread was delicious and the Sicilian pizza was one of the best we’ve ever had. The prices were decent and the atmosphere was really cool. Our server Molly was great. We will definitely be back!
Our server last night was Charles. He really understands customer service, satisfaction & experience. Don’t know his status at this location but he needs moved up on the ladder. Will definitely ask for him when we come back. Oh BTW the food was good too ?
