Walked in and stood by the counter for 10 minutes. There was only one barista working and he never greeted us or said anything about “be right with you”. Nothing. I’ve never experienced anything like it. We walked out and went to Triangle roasters and it was incredible. There was also one barista working there too and he got our drinks out in 5 minutes with great customer service, take your business there. Definitely will never be back.
The management was very kind and offered to fix any issue. I appreciate their customer service and response. I will gladly come back ❤️

Update in regards to owners response.One, it was a to go order so I don't appreciate the if you had said something comment, I'm saying something now, no?Two, I rounded up to $6, it was technically $5 something. Because nit-picking over less than a dollar difference is really relevant...Three, as a local guide that has over a million interactions on my reviews I can tell you that this isn't the type of response that will get someone to come back and give your business another chance.I wish your company nothing but the best to be clear, just sharing my experience and opinion.Wondering if this is a normal portion of cheesecake here for $6? ? For reference the slice was not much bigger than the end of the fork I was given to eat it
I tried to take my S/O here for an early valentines day treat. We came at 8am when Google and your website says you open, all the lights were off and the door was locked. We tried to call with no prevail. Severely disappointed. We waited in the insane construction traffic to come here and we also had our 4 month old with us. Just really disappointed. I follow you guys on Instagram and did not see anything posted about being closed.

Quirky coffee shop with games and comfy seating. Usually pretty lively so not ideal for studying, but good to meet and get coffee with friends. Drinks are good and reasonably priced.
This is an amazing place. They will sometimes have live music. A great place to study when they don't have an event going on. They are extremely welcoming to everyone. The coffee alone is outstanding. This is one of mine and my families favorite coffee shops in the local area !!
