Went their first fathers days. Jack up the price for the same food they always serve. Couldn’t even get it to get much food. Very overly crowded! We will not be going back!
We went on mother's day and it was packed. However, we only waited 15 minutes and had 8 people in our group. The server was amazing as he was swamped and we had split tables. I don't remember his name but he had face tattoos so he stood out. He was very respectful,helpful and hard working. The food was great as well! We left as a happy group.
Very good service from cashier and wait staff. We went wednesday morning at 11am. The girl working behind the main grill has a really bad attitude. But over all everything is great. The person i was with asked her in spanish if he could have a piece of well done meat. She handed some tongs and pointed at what looked like meat but was actually beef liver. We found out the hard way but she could have at least said good morning as we were the first two diners to approach her. Opening time is way too soon to be that upset with your job!
Even though I'm giving it five stars, the service was all right. The food was good as usual, but I was on the level of unimpressed with the service. The waitress had to give up her tip in order to save our table which was impressive but she should not have had to do that. There should be a better system in place with covid regulations because customers didn't know that we were seated at a table and try to take it over.
I was craving lots of vegetables so I enjoyed lots of broccoli, squash, carrots, corn and fresh salad. Honestly that the clan chowder and baked fish made for an excellent healthy dinner.Tried a little of their roast and ribs and was disappointed. But they covered what I really wanted excellently so still 5 stars for my experience.
I took me my husband and my six children here and as soon as we walked into he door the lady at the cash register got a attitude for no reason we were all smiling and laughing and ready to have a great family day as we just got back from vacation asked if all my kids were mine with a attitude I replied yes and just everything was very hateful it really ruined my entire day I was very shocked because I have never had someone in customer service be so disrespectful to me. I did ask fora manager after I got to my seat he said he would speak with her she was still there when I left gave me a glare and then my husband forgot my babies blanket and when he went in to grab it she gave him a glare as well ?♀️ guess I will go to the other location from now on
Fresh food, clean environment, and okay customer service. Our waitress was amazing, she let us eat in peace, polite, professional kept our drinks full and table clear. The employees behind the buffet are rude and act like you're bothering them by asking for a slice of ham.
Pretty decent food for a buffet. The kids and I enjoyed it. Miss the chocolate fountain but understand with Covid why it's gone. I enjoyed the veggies; cabbage, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, broccoli, and a baked potato. Also I enjoyed a nice chicken salad. We all enjoyed ice cream as well. I really wasn't in the mood for meat today but they had a variety of meat.
To many customers and not enough staff. The ones that are there working are exhausted and over worked! The quality of the food is ok except for the ice-cream. Highly disappointed on how quick it melts. Over all experience was horrible. Paid to much to have such poor service.
