Very rude and poor customer service by Isabel. She Didn't like we had kids in the store and was rude to the kids too. Also, told other customers in front of us she is sorry that we were in the store. As much as I love the chocolate, I will never bring my business back here and do not recommend them to anyone with little kids.
The chocolate is always good but the customer service is lacking. Today I went in to get a gift and the lady behind the counter was rude to me while polite to other customers and seemed to just want to get me out of there. Not the best experience and makes me not want to come back.
We stopped in for mint chocolate chip Gelato & it did not disappoint
Absolutely disgustingly cheap packaged, watered-down hot chocolate rip off for the turning on of the Christmas lights at Utica Square. $5 for a cup of what should have been handed out for free. Wasn't worth 50 cents. Really turned me off to this place that they would sell such poor quality product and pass it off as chocolatier confection worth $5. I will never give them my business ever again, nor suggest to anyone I know to go there. There are much better chocolatiers in Tulsa who have real products I'd happily consume.
We have loved the chocolates at Glacier which led to disappointment recently. My husband ordered a custom box for me for Valentine’s two weeks prior to the holiday. He purposefully picked out my favorites. Of the 24 truffles only 7 were ones he picked. He reached out to the store and basically it was we can’t always fill orders. Sorry. Very disappointing!

Nice little store. The chocolates are nice but smaller than normal truffles. They do taste good though.
If you are looking for something unique and incredibly delicious, look no further. Glacier has amazing confections and quality service to top it off. Thanks for all your hard work!
Ordered from the online website, had no issues and customer service was top notch when I had to call about shipping. The chocolates are some of the best I've had and rival Godiva easily. Unfortunately some truffle flavors I picked out had to be replaced with another flavor, due to supply. So hopefully next time I can get the other flavors. They have a note section on the order screen, I wonder if you can make a request to wait till all flavors are available.. Will try next time.
