I absolutely love Freddy’s! I was sad when they closed the one on 71st Street Tulsa and I’m sure others feel the same. But they take absolutely way too long getting their food to their customers. I can honestly say this has been my experience at both locations so it appears to be a glitch in the culture of the company vs. the employees itself. They are following the leaders. Service are most the time too tier fwds attitudes. But it really sucks when you want to bring them your business on a lunch break but by time they give you your food you can eat it because you’re rushing back on your last 6 minutes. They are about 3/4 minutes by my job & even when slow days that I’m #2 in line it takes a while to get food
Inside is filthy, in need of a deep cleaning. I love their food and it has aways been great. I hate to see it go down hill like this. They need to fix this.
Elijah was extremely kind and helpful while taking our dine in order tonight. He was very knowledgeable about our questions and was patient with us. The food was delicious as well.
I have been here several times and the food is amazing. The only thing that bothered me today is the girl that waited on us was not very friendly. Rude in fact like she was put out with us for even ordering, BUT that's the FIRST time thats EVER happened! I will still go back because the food IS amazing! The young girl was probably just having a bad day.
Place is going down hill fast they started out good but now they don't season the burgers and only sometimes season the fries and you'll be looking forward to a huge wait just to have your order incorrect no matter what time of day probably in need of new actual management
Great burgers, fries always fresh and their custard is unexplainable! Would go here every week!
Went there for the first time tonight. I am sorry for not going sooner. Their burgers are awesome. That sauce... oh my. I ate so much I didn't even have a chance to get ice cream. Going back tomorrow for that. The staff were really friendly as well.
This Freddy's location is by far my favorite of all! They were busy above normal but able to keep up with the demand. This professionalism and friendliness is why we are regulars to the Tulsa Hills Freddy's located off of 81st and highway 75.Be sure to try their turtle sundae on your next visit.

Never disappointed by Freddie's. Well seasoned meat. Best to eat asap, as fries can get too crunchy if they cool or need reheated.
