service was amazing. first steak was over cooked second steak was raw. manger agreed didnât pay for steak. but when you come to a fine establishment of this caliber just sad it was such a disappointment.
Though this is a Franchise, the food as always was very good. Knowledgable staff, strong menu , good decor make this a number one destination
First time here. Service was fantastic. Neil was great! Super attentive and knowledgeable. He was very nice when we were having issues with our main courses. Manager came to check on us due to our unhappiness with our main courses. He took care of us, as well. We had the chocolate lava cake for desert. It was SUPER flavorful and was the perfect thing to smooth out the night!
Celebrating grandsonâs birthday
We enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Fleming’s. It was a little more expensive than I expected, but the portions were large, and we left full. Everything was very tasty. They comped us two glasses of champagne for the occasion, gave us a card and a rose to take home, and congratulated us multiple times (which was very sweet). Overall, I think the experience was good; just not as above and beyond as we have had at other steakhouses on our travels.
I’m not even exaggerating when I say this was the best food I’ve ever eaten. It was even better and less expensive than Gordon Ramsay‘s steak restaurant. (Also be careful with those Diablo shrimp, they are VERY spicy lol) I would definitely recommend to go for a special occasion like an anniversary, they really did a lot for us.
