Terrible, terrible experience. We had never been lol, so we show up and there are 4 people total behind the counter. There was a man being difficult at the register and was being helped, which is understandable. But when I asked if we could do our order they told me I had to wait til I got to the register. There was literally 3 people standing there staring at my family and I, not asking what we wanted or anything, so we very awkwardly walked out and "thanked them for such amazing service" and of course they were sarcastic back lol. Will never be back and will make sure to keep anyone I can from wasting their money here
Friendly helpful staff. Trying this healthy eating and this was the perfect restaurant. Tried the Jamaican Jerk Turkey with a side of potato soup. Pretty darn good. Most definitely will return.
Was probably a staff issue, ordered a tuna sub a few moths ago and got what appeared to be a mayo slop. I took it back and the manager was rude and acted like I inconvenienced her by complaining.When I showed her the inside of the sandwich she opened the till gave money back and didn,t say a word until i was about to exit. You have a nice day too. Rude hag.
Their meatball subs are huge! And delicious.It is pricey, though. 4 full sized meals set us back $60, including chips and fountain drinks. I wouldn't do it every day.
The food is great! Call ahead for your order because it takes a while to get your food. The Turkey Bacon ranch, the Beef & Cheddar Brisket, and the Cuban are excellent. We also love their brownies, just the right gooeyness and not too dry.Hit the thumbs up if this was helpful ?
5 stars for deliciousness because I love firehouse.... But.. loose 2 stars because I went into the Men's room and it was quite gross on and around the toilet.
You'd think after all the bad reviews about the rude workers (the two little white girls and the black guy to be exact) the owner (not manager because she’s extremely rude too) would change something but guess not. Please don’t go here if you care at all about being respected. Go to any other sub place and I’m sure you’ll be much happier. I’d like to see the owner address their workings literally cussing several people out over silly stuff but guess that won’t be happening either.

If you have an allergy DO NOT go here because they do not care and will still give you food with shit you clearly said you were allergic to. Twice in a row 3 days apart. No meatballs or not enough turkey. No this... Not enough of that... Why are you even open. Better yet, these are all things you should inform your customer of before they pay you. Will not be coming back to give you a third try. My wife and I went to this location because the staff is usually very considerate about her beef and pork allergies. Today was a different experience, the staff didn’t make sure gloves were changed or anything like that. Wen our food came out there was also an hair on mine and I asked for it to be remade. When we asked for a refund we were very rudely told well you can’t have both and only tried to refund my wife’s sandwich and was told we were being rude to them. At one point we were told that the staff didn’t care what happened to my wife. I definitely will not be going back to that location and corporate will be notified as well as the owner of that location.
