Called to place a large order(17 sandwiches). They asked what time we would like to pick up I said ASAP. They told me it would be about an hour, which I thought was extremely accommodating. When my pick up person got there , the manager Brandy was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. She was speaking about our order as if we burdened her. (“They needed to give us more notice. This is ridiculous, ect…”) Which was surprising to me as her team is who gave us the pick up time. Which, I might add it took another 30 min to accomplish. She was in earshot of the person picking up. Made him feel uncomfortable. I then called to speak with her about the service we received . I was met with more of her unprofessional and unpleasant service. She wouldn’t even let me speak and told me it didn’t matter she had it all on camera anyway. Hopefully she was just having a rough day but I definitely won’t be bringing our business back to this fire house in particular.
I am basically a regular at this point for the evening shift, these employees make PHENOMENAL sandwhiches, I cannot recommend this location enough.
I am so glad they have updated the building and now the location is up to par with the yummy sandwiches
Great place love the food but yesterday they had sick people working I was there and there was a guy that looked really sick and was coughing a lot I’ve worked food service before and that just goes against health department regulation’s

Food's usually great, but it's pricey andS L O W. Their speed is made even worse now since they recently got an entirely new staff who are still getting the hang of things. Waiting 30 minutes for one sandwich while being the only person in the restaurant is pathetic, not to mention it arrived partially cold
Really good fresh sandwiches. I had a hook and ladder and my husband had the BBQ sandwich. The staff was friendly and very quick in making the sandwiches. They have added a patio area that will really be nice in warmer weather. I recommend this store for a great sandwich.
It was pretty good but I could hardly taste the olive oil on my Italian sandwich that I asked for because of the mayo and deli mustard that I specifically ask to leave off!?!?
Food was so hot I burned my mouth but it was so delicious it was worth it
Ordered the firehouse hero and it IS AMAZING. had the same thing for lunch 2 days in a row.Seriously WOW.friendly staff, clean inside and lots of smiles!Loves it will return OFTEN!
