We ate here on a Saturday afternoon and there was not one other customer in the place. There were crumbs and food bits everywhere and not one table was cleaned off. The A/C was not working properly and was very warm inside. The girl that took our order started cleaning the counters with scrubbing bubbles, not moving any of the ketchup containers (that had open tops) on the bar and spraying it next to a fan that was pointed towards where we were sitting. The blackberry ice tea tasted like it was watered down and had no flavor. One of the soda fountain machines had water coming out of it going into a hole in the floor that reeked of mold. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled really bad like it hadn’t been cleaned, the soap dispenser was broken and had the clear pouch sitting on top of the sink. My daughter got a hot dog that looked like it was days old and had been sitting under a heat lamp. My husband got the Fat n Juicy burger. He bit into it (after following the instructions) and it squirted out burning hot butter all over his hands, burning his hands and mouth. There was very little cheese inside the burger. He had two bites of it and threw the rest out. I got the sweet Caroline without slaw - it was so greasy, I took one bite and couldn’t eat anymore. I tried scooping off the pork and trying it that way and still couldn’t eat it. The person that took our order didn’t bother to ask how things were or even say good bye as we walked out. The ONLY positive I can say is that the sweet potato waffle fries and maple aioli were good.
Delicious!!!! Every time we go here we are never disappointed!! The garlic aioli is amazing, every burger we’ve had had hit it out of the park. Bring Fat Guy’s to Cleveland please!! I will run it ??
The menu is easy, which is good for a burger joint. The ordering process is similar to Five Guy, order what burger and list the toppings you'd like. It was short staffed and they let me know about the wait before I ordered,, which I appreciated. The 15 min wait was well worth it. This place has Five Guys beat though since I got a double patty cheeseburger and fries for the same amount as a little burger and fry will get you. Burger was really good plus the fry sauce I tried (one of many) Srirancha was tasty. Solid burger joint would come again
We weren't sure about this place at first but we were quickly won over with quick smiles and mouth watering smells. Bring your wallet this is definitely a $8 burger if not more. They have their own cola house cola on tap. Taste excellent with a confident bite. They give you a large helping of fries and the portions are dense but not too big for a grown man. I will stress again that you bring your wallet because it's not that cheap but with quality ingredients and heaps of portions what else could you ask for?

My Oldest Son n I had a taste for a "greasy" burger, so we went to 'Fat Guy's Burger Bar'. I tried the 'Peanut Butter Bacon' burger with Sweet Potato Waffle fries & Maple Aioli. I LOVED the fries, along w/the sauce....Delicious!? However, I'll jst stick w/the Bacon Burger w/Out ANY Peanut Butter bcuz it jst was NOT for Me!??♀️ My Son Loved his 'Sausage Burger'. We BOTH Enjoyed the 'Banana Pudding' shakes. It was heavy on the milk and Not very thick. Matt (Cashier) offered to make a different one, but I declined bcuz it Still tasted Good!? So, outsd of the Peanut Butter on my burger, everythng was Fine. The service was Quick! BOTH Matt and Ian were Friendly!?? Ths was Matt's 3rd day on the job and he did Great....?
Really good burger. Got the spicy fried pickle burger with grilled onions, mushroom and lettuce and tomato. Regular fries with garlic aioli and strawberry ketchup.Very happy. Nice young man at the counter, relatively clean bathrooms and tables, fast service.

Just ate here yesterday for the first time and the burgers were good!! The fries tasted good as well. We didn’t have to wait long for our food since it was a slow hour at the burger bar. One thing I did notice was that the buns were a tad dry, but other than that well done!
Awesome burgers!! Would def recommend and return!
