We ate here on a Saturday afternoon and there was not one other customer in the place. There were crumbs and food bits everywhere and not one table was cleaned off. The A/C was not working properly and was very warm inside. The girl that took our order started cleaning the counters with scrubbing bubbles, not moving any of the ketchup containers (that had open tops) on the bar and spraying it next to a fan that was pointed towards where we were sitting. The blackberry ice tea tasted like it was watered down and had no flavor. One of the soda fountain machines had water coming out of it going into a hole in the floor that reeked of mold. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled really bad like it hadn’t been cleaned, the soap dispenser was broken and had the clear pouch sitting on top of the sink. My daughter got a hot dog that looked like it was days old and had been sitting under a heat lamp. My husband got the Fat n Juicy burger. He bit into it (after following the instructions) and it squirted out burning hot butter all over his hands, burning his hands and mouth. There was very little cheese inside the burger. He had two bites of it and threw the rest out. I got the sweet Caroline without slaw - it was so greasy, I took one bite and couldn’t eat anymore. I tried scooping off the pork and trying it that way and still couldn’t eat it. The person that took our order didn’t bother to ask how things were or even say good bye as we walked out. The ONLY positive I can say is that the sweet potato waffle fries and maple aioli were good.
Delicious!!!! Every time we go here we are never disappointed!! The garlic aioli is amazing, every burger we’ve had had hit it out of the park. Bring Fat Guy’s to Cleveland please!! I will run it ??
The chain as a whole is pretty solid but this location- highly do NOT recommendThe staff just stared at myself and another customer, two people cracking jokes in the back and the cashier just labeling sauces instead of taking the order or even saying hello. Kitchen is really dirty, employee drinks above work spaces, people not washing their hands, and food laying directly on the dirty floor. When you have an open kitchen for customers to see - you should be maintaining it as clean and storing food properly. I was there to pick up a door dash order and had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to finish up a part of the order while the burger just sat there getting cold.
My kids were so excited to get Fat Guys burgers after the Drillers game! It was definitely a hot day and we were ready to sit down and eat before driving home. As we got in they wouldn't take our order at 4PM, because their night shift hadn't made it in yet? Uhhh? So there is staff there still, but refusing to cook until the next shift relieves them even though there's customers. Obviously didn't want business too bad. We waited ten minutes and left.
The burgers were delicious. The staff was very friendly. It was a nice find for a more home cooked burger experience.
We loved the burgers at this place!! Tasty burgers and very generous helping of fries with interesting sauces to try! My garlic aeoli on my fries was delicious. I regret not at least trying the strawberry ketchup!

Just ate here yesterday for the first time and the burgers were good!! The fries tasted good as well. We didn’t have to wait long for our food since it was a slow hour at the burger bar. One thing I did notice was that the buns were a tad dry, but other than that well done!

Mixed experience. The burger (Sweet Caroline) I had was fantastic. Sweet potato fries were just okay. Boneless chicken wings (aka nuggets) were okay. Service was very spotty. Luckily I checked my order before walking out because they forgot multiple items.
