First of all the service was the best ever! Our waitress Tela was the bomb!!!! She needs a raise! The food was the best I've had since my grandmother passed over 25 years a go! We had it all and it was on point! We will be back over and over!

I had heard so.many good things only to finally get here and be disappointed. The mac n cheese was watery and the pork chops were leather that is how hard they were fried. I hope it was this way only because it was close to closing and not on a regular. Idk if I would revisit.

Flew in to eat at Evelyn's. Great location for pilots. The service was horrible. It looks like if you're a regular or someone that knows the server then the service was decent. My hamburger patty was way smaller than the bun and the fries were cold. Unfortunate because flying here was really fun but not worth it. Hopefully it was just an off day for them.

Why would the best soul food restaurant be located off an abandoned hangar on the west side of the airport? Just because. Not technically inside the terminal so you'd have to take a cab or uber to get to it. I'd argue that if Tulsa was a bland city with nothing going on, eating at this place alone makes the trip worthwhile. Yes I'd fly in just to eat here and then fly back to wherever I came from but luckily Tulsa is worth exploring too. I ordered the liver and onions platter with side collards and potatoes and onions, they even threw in a loaf. It felt like a homemade meal and was so tasty that I wiped the plate clean. I could imagine the other dishes they serve here are really good and everyone raves about the peach cobbler but unfortunately they ran out before I had a chance to try ?

Found Evelyn's on the fly - pun intended. My sister and I were meeting with family who were flying out and I searched places to eat near the airport. I'm so glad we found this place. Everything is made fresh so plan to spend a bit longer there but the food is scrumptious! Go!

First time there and it was amazing! I got the catfish and my wife got chicken fried steak and they both were super good!!! Staff is super friendly and will let you know what's good about each thing.

Food was good 5 piece chicken will feed two. I can get a little picky but the macaroni was horrible as well as side salad. Prices are right. I recommend if you are in the area or crave so home style food.

Love this local place! Very good home cooked food. Great people too. Definately a hidden Tulsa Gem.True soul/ southern cooking at a good price.

FINALLY a great homemade chicken fried steak! It's ALL great food! We couldn't finish our plates there was so much goodness to choose from. The service was impeccable! She was very attentive and kept my cup full.Best hidden gem in Tulsa. Can't wait to go back.
