I got the top shelf chicken fajita quesadilla, it was delish! Of course the chips and salsa & corn tortillas were the bomb.
Unbelievably delicious. I was blown away at how fast the service was, the staff was super friendly, the restaurant was clean and pleasant, and they can make fresh guac right at your table to your specific taste! A+++++
Been eating at this restaurant for decades. My favs are the Chicken Monterey dinner, the Enchilada dinner, the combo fajitas, the top shelf guacamole, and the tortilla soup. Service is great. Manager is very friendly. The set-up of salsa, chips, tortillas, and relish is awesome.
Started with hostess decided it was better to clean hostess area rather than seat us.Was there awhile , without service, menu was lacking basic foods , so we left. Oh it wasn't busy
This is the cleanest restaurant I think I've ever seen as soon as somebody gets up little lady comes over and wipes down the chairs and the tables and the salt and pepper shakers and everything and she does it with a smile and the waitress was very helpful such a happy crew she made you feel happy and the food on my God it was a burrito with everything in it and it was so packed the burrito couldn't shut so I had to eat inside and then fold it LOL it was well worth it cooked perfect everything was great me and my daughter went there for my birthday and they gave me a dessert for my birthday I really like that place you will too
Very nice restaurant, very clean and extremely friendly waitress. She did an excellent job, didn't get her name but I hope her boss appreciates her hard work and friendly and professional attitude. She had a lot of tables and handled them with finesse. She had a smile on her face the entire time and attended everyone's need. The food was hot and delicious. I will be back to this location and recommend this restaurant to everyone. I had Jalapeños poppers for starter, taco excellent carnitas, beef enchiladas with rice/beans and icecream brownies sundae totally delicious.
We have been to this restaurant several times but tonight will be the last. First we get there and are told the fajitas special couldn’t be served for 30 minutes because starts at 5:00. We are fine with that although never have been told that before. Then there is hair in our queso. The manager not once came out to address anything but we were told by the waitress he could see us on camera. Businesses are hurting terribly right now and I think customer service should be number one.

Oh its been a few months since i ordered from here. I was hoping they were better but nope! They got my order all wrong. We paid over $100 for 3 meals and they put hamburger meat in the queso. Since when does that come with it? The nachos we paid like $12 for was gross all it had was old burnt beef with shredded cheese? They gave me 2 of those. Dont get me started on the quesadillas. Oh it was all bad! Food was cold on top of it. No one ate anything! So we just threw away that money! Dont go there its horrible. Dont say it was just a fluke because anytime i eat there its disgusting! Over the past 2 years!
You would think as we approach two years of Covid they would have a seamless system for placing a ToGo order BUT nope- It seems like every time I call this El Chico’s to place a pick up order I have some kind of issue…being on hold for 30 minutes to speak to the bartender, or not having my order ready for pick up when I get there, or forgetting part of my order. In the great scheme of things these complaints are minor but it’s definitely irritating when you’re coming off a 14 hour work day and you don’t want to wait around for them to get your order ready when you called 30 minutes prior to place it. Please fix and come up with a better process for pick up orders because my family loves your chips and salsa and I don’t want to have to deny them of that because your inconveniencing is annoying! But on the plus side your staff has always been friendly.
