Today was the most disappointing experience because I used to love coming here. I ordered the farm house which was fine, but my husband got the Texas brisket sandwich. I’m upset we didn’t take a picture before we asked for a refund but it literally had a tablespoon of brisket on there (it’s an 8 dollar sandwich) and when we told the young lady we wanted a refund she seemed to take it personally, and had an attitude with us. While ordering she also seemed upset and very short with us, I’m sorry if she was just having a really bad day but something to work on in the future.
Cashier seemed to be dead inside. Food was just ok. Our sandwiches were ice cold, I guess I should have specified hot bagels for the sandwich but the cashier did not offer either. Also didn’t realize the included chips are just bags you need to go grab yourself. Almost didn’t get them. My wife loved her caramel macchiato though! 2 sandwiches and 1 coffee came to $22. Not a great value in my opinion.
Horrible experience. I got a Turkey, bacon & avocado bagel. I got it and it was ice cold, the bacon still had the white grease on it, asked to have it heated & I'm assuming the manager, she was so rude about it. Then she got onto the new people up front about reminding them if the costumers wanted hot or cold drinks etc. Got the sandwich back and it was awful. We don't have an Einsteins back home so we were excited to get it today. All to not even eat the food. Also ours came with chips & all they had was Salt & Viniger, so I asked if there were other chips or something else to get & she goes yea a hash brown for $1.29 a piece, other wise it's those. $22 down the drain. I ended up getting something completely different.
Staff was sharp, friendly, and quick to take my order. I came in to get a birthday reward: a free breakfast sandwich (with purchase).I ordered a medium mocha to go with my sandwich. The sandwich was warm and filling. The mocha was hot and awful. It tasted like instant coffee mixed with too much water and a gritty cocoa.I probably won't order that again. That said, someone should watch a tutorial on crafting a mocha. Oh -- the restaurant appeared to be fully staffed, and there were 3 or four small tables of people. I took my order To Go. Iwas just disappointed that the mocha I paid $5 for was so bad.
Outstanding eatery!Excellent coffee too!The bagel sandwiches we had were delicious, with a surprising amount of choices! Much more than another "coffee" shop you may have heard about. This was our first Einstein's we've ever been to, and decided we'd back anytime a hot, made in house sandwich was on our list!
Cashier needs to go to Walmart and buy a personality. Felt like I was a burden. Very unfriendly! Einstein has great food, BUT this establishment needs personnel training in customer service.Won’t be back. Old School will get my business, and they are friendly.
I had their Farmhouse bagel sandwich. It was awesome. I highly recommend trying it.
I tried to talk to the manager about how food quality has gone down hill and I was met with blame for what I ordered today. I gave them another chance after the incident below where you can clearly see they barely added spread and there was mystery cantaloupe on my food. This franchise location is awful. Avoid at all costs.
Nice casual but slightly upscale place. Great for a morning meeting, gathering, or study time. Food is qualitry and there are lots of bagels and drink choices.
The sweet girls here are so friendly and just do their job well! I walk up early and have a long commute. I get the Ancient Grain toasted with almond/honey smear soooo good! Every experience I’ve had lately has been great! I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but when you are given exceptional service I want them to know!
