I patiently waited in the drive thru, got home and found a sticker of some sort INSIDE my pizza
Poor customer service and undercooked food. Not worth the money or the lost wages from the food poisoning you're going to get. Will never order from Dominos again. Even when I called about the raw chicken wings the "manager" told the kid I was on the phone with to tell me "in the future just order the boneless wings cause they're precooked." Or I don't know, MAYBE COOK YOUR FREAKING FOOD CORRECTLY! They did not want to replace the raw wings but I wanted to actually be able to eat the dinner that I paid for. Despite practically burning the replacement order there were still several raw drumsticks. Both myself and my son became very ill.
Ordered food from here about 2 hrs ago!!! Now everyone is sick in the house with stomach hurting, throwing up contacted store and manager BROOKE SAID WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY ONE ELSE COMPLAIN... AND HUNG UP.. CALLING THEN IN.... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE DIDN'T EVEN WANT ARE CARE TO UP THE ISSUE..... No stars ..... Incapable of helping customer are caring
I will never order from here this place is out of line they rush on my order didn't properly complete my order they basically was rude and disrespectful and my food was cold when it arrived and the five cheese dip looks nasty ?? I didn't receive my garlic bread to dip in the cheese and it was grease nasty as heck so done with dominos pizza and the cheese dip looks like some one just through something together I didn't even eat the dip I didn't even enjoy the pizza either ???????then they took 2hours and then told me that they just put my food in the oven wow really ridiculous dominos
If any other pizza place delivered to my hood I would never order from Dominos again. How hard is it to put the marinara sauce I paid for in the box with the bread like Pizza Hut and Mazzios does.
If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would you guys need to learn customer service and how to treat loyal people I will never order from you guys again.
This is a good place with hard working people. Anytime there is a mistake on my order they correct it. I'm always greeted and they know my name. It's nice.
Always on time and drivers are so nice. The store is always very helpful! The have great pizza!
If I can give this store - Stars I would get them negative Stars. I will not go back to this location it's pathetic that they have those type of people working plus the quality is horrible
They did not honor my online coupon although they were very courteous they were very nice and polite and I did much care for the taste of the sauce on the pizza myself
