Pizza is never on time when I have it delivered from this location and then they always mess up my pizza and normally the customer service is good but tonight the man on the phone was rude and had terrible customer service. When I told him about the mistake he tried telling me I was wrong but then when I said I'm looking at the receipt for the pizza and that I was correct. He said he could remake it but it would take 35 minutes with complete attitude, so i said that's fine thank you he immediately hung up the phone I found this very rude because even though they messed up pizza I was being polite he could've at least done the same
Location takes 50 min to start delivery, doesn't answer the phone or appear to care about customer satisfaction.
Placed order at 6:07pm.Tracking said order came out at 6:19pm.Order didn't arrive until 7:50pm
Food is passable but the customer service leaves alot do be desired. Orders always take longer than projected and you can't get in contact with anyone in the store.
Too many inconveniences with this place. Spend on average 40 dollars each time and my food gas been late, cold and missing things each time. I have given them chance after chance. Will no longer be using them. Mazzios it is
Nothing about this pizza is fresh ("it's not DIGIORNO.... it's frozen Domino's").And if you know "hand-tossed", this ain't it. It's not supposed to look and taste like a roofing shingle.You guys used to have a solid 3-4 star pizza when you pushed your new crust. But you're up to the same 'ol system it seems. Which is unfortunate because the minute someone opens a late-food competitive restaurant in downtown Tulsa... your 2.4 star rating will leave room for all kinds of proper pizzerias.Get your game up Dominos.
Ordered online went to.pick up at scheduled time not ready gonna be another 30 45 min so I ask to switch to delivery and they charged me 5 extra dollars
Estimated time was 30 min. Order was not ready. The tracker counted down the 2 minutes. Got a free pizza, but still waited almost an hour for my order. This place used to have great service and its apparently gone down hill. Probably won’t come here again unless I absolutely have to.
Love dominos great deliver n great food.n great timing too. The delivers are very kind n respectful.
