Went for the first time and was greeted by the employee but wasn't even asked if I needed help or anything the whole time I was there. They also hardly had anything in stock of the type of product I was looking for.
I have always had great customer service here, the prices are fair and a friendly environment.
Just went by to pick something up. Haven't had a chance to make it by for two weeks and finally get the chance, and.... Door is locked, during business hours, with a sticky note on the door that says 'back in 15'. No answer on the phone either. Definitely not coming back.

Purchased product and they had a 10% off coupon to be used. Cashier did not use the coupon after I mentioned my gym. I asked well can I return it right now and re purchase it with my coupon and he said no. Me and my wife will not be coming back now as this is a terrible business practice.
