Was in town and decided to give this place a try based on the top reviews. The place is nice and was within walking distance from our downtown hotel. The service was pretty good, even though I got a water glass pulled from an empty table, which had lipstick mark and a chip, didnt bother me but my family more so. Got the chicken and waffles. The Saracha honey sauce for the chicken was delicious, the fried chicken was OK without the sauce. I got the caramel bourbon banana for my waffles and that was great. The rest of the stuff we tried was just on. Pancakes were dense and not fluffy, so it's good for a few bites. The spicy bacon burger was ok, no lettuce and tomatoes, so the burger seemed to lack that burger quality. Got the giant cinnamon roll, it might have been better to have gotten it to eat there. We got it to go, so the frosting was on the side and the the roll was on the burnt side. Quality control might be a little lacking. Prices were pretty good. Overall not a bad place to try, but it's not enough for me to come back.

So I'm from kansas and came into town and used trip adviser for best breakfast in Tulsa. They said dillys diner. Went there ordered coffee fair, milk was warm, toast was cold and forgot jam that was requested,breakfast potatoes were more like a pot roast potato, my French toast was ordered due to the picture they show on website with whipcream and strawberries. What I got was Frenchtoast that looked like Nutella threw up on it with chocolate chips squished in the middle way over kill. Scale of 1- 10 they get a 3 at best. Who ranks these places anyway disappointing for sure.
Good for breakfast and lunch but limited menu for dinner. Food was average but was made up with responsive service.
I can't wait to come back to Dilly Diner. These kinds of restaurants make me smile. Our food was ? amazing; tasted really fresh. The portions are good. Our drinks were really delicious as well. The wait staff was really pleasant. My favorite was the croissant; it was soft and fluffy. The Brioche French toast had a really good flavor. I recommend and I will definitely return. ✌️
Nice little breakfast diner. Great coffee. Chicken and waffles are great, the Meg is good-portions are HUGE. It is clean, staff is friendly, we are happy we stopped.
