I came in with my Mother on a walker and exhausted from doctors appointments and she is 80. I saw 20 tables open and asked her if she could seat her real close for she doesn’t need to be walking that far and I was told No…then I was told there was a wait list…really I am the ONLY person in line…asked for her a chair and again was told NO. I left with my Mother never ever to return to this place. You need to train your hostess how to treat the elderly for the behavior is disrespectful and disturbing.

I love Cracker Barrel it's a great place to eat. Server was professional and friendly service was great. Server was very knowledgeable of the menu. Food was served promptly probably within 15 minutes. They were not very lie on their food we could not even finish all of it it was excellent no. The server name is Dallas hey, so if you're ever in Tulsa, stop by for breakfast lunch and or dinner I'm sure they're all just as good!

I got the roast beef dinner online and the chocolate cake. Oh my goodness. So tender and tasty. And great tasting vegetables. And the cake, so moist and delicious. It's the best. But the scoop of ice cream is a joke. It's not enough to enjoy with the entire slice of cake and that's very disappointing. I'd rather they charge me an extra $1 and give me a big scoop of ice cream to enjoy with this wonderful cake. IJS. Excellent meal. My other best meal here is Mama's Pancakes. Love the Pancakes and syrup and the bacon. ??

The wait for a table was 25 minutes. Which is normal for this location. Once we ordered it took forever to get our food. I got the Mama's French toast and we had to remind the waitress to bring us knives and syrup. The food was hot, but the sausage was not good. Overall, it was not a good experience.

i ordered the hamburger steak, they charged me extra for onions and gravy. Thay should have been included !! A pinch of onions and about 2 tablespoons of gravy. Very stingy yet a hefty charge. Plus the waitress was def and dumb. I WONT BE BACK !!!

I came here with my wife for dinner and was told by a ignorant greeting person that we had to wait for 20 minutes so we waited then our table still wasn’t ready for us to be seated. As we came inside we noticed many empty tables and they was far from behind or being full. I think if staff is too lazy to seat customers appropriately or clean tables then they should close the doors. Don’t expect people to spend their money somewhere and leave them standing outside for 30 minutes plus before being seated especially when tables are available. Staff seems young, lazy and ignorant for the most part. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all. I will never spend my hard earned money at this location again.

Meh, not so much. This place used to be busy, and usually, there was a little wait to get seated. This time we were one of only 8 tables in the whole place. We were seated right away, but it was very cold at the table we were at, but not a deal breaker. Food was awesome and had no problems at all. The waitress was very nice and took care of us throughout our breakfast. Good place but was just operating at a fraction of what it used to be.

A friend from Perth, Australia is driving across the US from Los Angeles to Chicago. He called me from Los Angeles several days ago, and said he would be passing through Tulsa today, and asked where we could catch up and have breakfast. I'm typically not a fan of chain restaurants, but the Cracker Barrel chain has very large servings, quality food, and is "Americana" personified. Australia has a chain that is similar, and is "Australia" personified, called "Hogs Breath Cafe." So, we met at my local Cracker Barrel. He was delighted and loved his breakfast. He got bacon and eggs, which came with biscuits and gravy, as well as grits. He had never had biscuits and gravy, nor grits before in his life. He asked me how he was supposed to eat them! I explained each dish to him, and how to eat them. He absolutely loved both dishes, and said he wanted to buy some mixes to take "home" with him, which he bought in their gift shop. Anyway, he loved the experience, and our waitress, "Amanda" was truly great, and she loved talking to my friend about Australia. As always on a weekend, the Cracker Barrel had a 20 minute wait time, which passes quickly as their stores have a huge amount of merchandise to look at while waiting. We had a great time catching up, and the food and our waitress made our experience quite positive!

Called in an order for turkey and dressing. It explicitly said "and dressing". Was told it would take 15 minutes. Had to wait in the store for 10 minutes because it actually took a half hour. And then this was what I got.To be fair, what I got was good and the people working there were nice. I've ordered from here before without issue. But I really wanted the dressing :-(

Food was pretty amazing, customer service was pretty amazing, the waitress was phenomenal. Will be going back. The syrup was pretty watery. They have a store in there, which is freaking awesome.
