I drove from Dallas, TX all the way to Tulsa, OK for these coneys. I used to come here as a kid and always loved these. It's down the street from where my Grandma used to live. The smell of the place walking in was so nostalgic. They taste exactly how I've always remembered them. This is my White Castle. This was worth the drive. Best Coneys ever. Hands down.
Delicious chilli cheese dogs. Small kinda long chili dogs with mustard, cheese and chopped onions. Even if you are not a fan of raw onions you are missing out of they are not on your dog. I think what makes them great is the fresh buns, thinly shreeded chease but lots of it, enough to cover your tray of hotdogs, delicious chill onions without a funky after taste. Each dog made like this is 2.09
This place is one of the original coney islands in Tulsa and my favorite places to eat. Their service and food is impeccable and the place is usually clean and not too terribly crowded.
Have only here once. I just had the regular dogs and they were amazing. My friend had fully loaded ones which looked to be delicious as well. I would recommend to anyone looking for a typical American hot dog for sure.
A 2.09 coney is now 2.38 cent with tax. They are trying to scam 27 cent for tax and tried to tell me 27 cent is the tax on 2.09.... they were also very rude about the whole process, the cost of 3 coney went up one dollar overnight
Nothing will ever beat the original downtown location, back in the day, my #1.11th st, #2. Southroads is #3.I did try the one on admiral, chili was a little off, but good.Forget the Jenks location, YUK
Coneys were excellent as always. I look forward to swinging by here when I can get to town...
Food was not hot enough. Hot dog buns were doughy and I felt like $18 for 6 very small dogs was a bit expensive for the quality of the food. The people however, were fantastic.
My husband and I stopped there for lunch and the food was great!!! Very filling! It's one of our favorite places to go!
