Finally tried this place today and ordered the bourbon vanilla latte and OMG that was best latte I have ever had.
Service, clientele, and atmosphere were unpretentious and relaxed. There's a relaxing sense of anonymity even thought fairly busy. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.Recommend.
The girl with the short brown hair needs a freaking reality check, went in there for the first time and had a terrible experience. We ordered, told her what we wanted, and she completely got the order wrong. Then when we mentioned something, she threw a fit and was very rude about it so we just left. After that and going through and reading the reviews, it seems like the manager doesn’t care about how their staff treats people.
It might be pretty good, I don’t know, I pulled up to just get a cup of coffee and they handed me a sheet that I had to scan a QR code and set up a profile and pull over into a parking space so it could be delivered to my car. All I want is a cup of coffee not involving my phone or an app or buying it online. I’m assuming it’s cashless also, people older than millennials don’t like that.
Cute place but staff not so friendly. I usually like to try local spots while traveling so it was disappointing. Latte was good but a little pricey for a small cup.
The drive thu container model was a great idea until I went through and saw no menu and once to the window was told I had to scan a QR code?!?! wait..what I have to download an app to place a order. ? as if people just have enough space readily available on their phone. ? I promised my daughter and her friend a drink so I proceeded to download this app which the guy at window said I would need to make a profile and it would only take 30secs. ? It took 5mins to download and get started, and by now another person had pulled up behind me. hmmm....I wonder if they know they have to download some large file app on their phone too. ? The guy at the window said "It's to make the drive thru process go quicker." ? well.. all I can say is that- it's actually making customers go elsewhere and tons of business is being lost to "new technology standards" Needless to say, I did NOT like the 1st attempt at trying out Cirque coffee and don't ever plan to go back. The main store may be nice, but their drive thru model is a terrible marketing design. I've been to other shipping container coffee drive thru businesses out of state, all of which were very memorable, super easy, and had incredible service and coffee. This most certainly not being one of them.
Wanted to stop by and grab a coffee as I wanted something other than the chain coffee. Say in the lane to download their app, wasn’t having luck on getting everything loaded for the location and card information. I pulled up to the window as I was in somewhat of a hurry just to order coffee, they are “100% app based” and so I can’t just pay for a coffee at the window or anything.
Welcoming and helpful staff with a great sense of humor! Best vanilla latte I've had in a long time. Highly recommend this place. I'll be back!
$7.50 seems a lot for a sixteen ounce cup of coffee. With tip, we’re talking $10. I’m expecting something a little bit special for that much. Also, I can order on my Starbucks app, but they also allow me to order in person and pay with cash. They’re flexible like that. Cirque requires you to order and pay through the app. Overall, not impressed.
Unique and tasty drinks! First time going and I was very impressed by the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Latte. It took all of my willpower to not order a second!
