The food is so good! Best service ever!
Long time Chuy's fan, been to numerous locations across different states. The host/hostess were more interested in their phones than helping people and the wait was nearly an hour for two people. They could have helped the solo busser clear tables and get people seated faster since there were three of them doing very little. We even overheard a customer stating that the women's restroom was "absolutely disgusting," after she walked away, they snickered and got back on their phones. Besides that, the food was great, as always and our waiter was fantastic. If the people up front even pretended to care, this would be a 5 star Chuy's like all of the others.
Our waitress was super attentive and very nice. The food was great, quick and delicious. The weather was perfect for the patio. Don't forget to try the hatch chili sauce, it's the best!
We ate there on a Saturday afternoon. The traffic wasn’t bad and there was only a 5 minute wait to get in. The chips and salsa were wonderful and that is my one positive comment. Our server was terrible. He never refilled out chips and salsa, not on time. He didn’t even check on us a single time between ordering and the food being brought out. He forgot our queso. The food was bland and lacked flavor. We will not return to this restaurant.
Update:. Menu has been reduced and the prices have gone up a little. The lobby wait was unpleasant. It was cramped and crowded. I will give the the benefit of the doubt in that they couldn't seat people faster. Service was good considering I was part of a party of 20. Had to ask for napkins and the was no offer to refill my water. But that was about the worst of it. The queso and salsa were spicer then I remember. The main course was palatable. Just the jalapeno ranch dip, queso and salsa really over shadowed it. Still all and all I would go back. Again just not often.Above average tex-mex food. Little bland and a little pricey. However, overall a good eating experience is to be had here. I had tacos alcabone, wife had mixed fajitas (chicken and steak) and my daughter had quesadilla. Each plate came with sour cream, guacamole and diced/sliced/chopped lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Fajitas smelled wonderful and looked fantastic. Quesadillas came looking more like tacos then Quesadillas. My tacos came two to the plate but were large and stuffed with fajitas chicken, cheese, onions and peppers. My chicken was a little bland and so was the steak that my wife shared with me. Not so much that I wanted to send it back but the lack of spice/flavor was noticeable. While not really authentic Mexican food it was still good. I will go back just not often.
Did curbside pickup. I texted them and waited for 20 minutes. I wanted curbside because I have a baby and it is hard for me to carry him in to pick up a to go order. Finally I realized they did not care that I was waiting so I went in with my infant! I noticed the girl at the counter talking to a friend. Then I interrupted and told her I was waiting for 20 minutes outside for my order. She gave me an "I don't care" look and gave me my order that was just sitting there on the back shelf. So rude.

Stopped by this restaurant on a random draw while in Tulsa, so glad that we did! I noticed the decor was eccentric and feel in love, then you see all of these random pups on the walls. So I asked the waitress what that was about, she said if you bring in a framed picture of your pup you can get a free appetizer plate. I got the Chica Chica Boom Boom Enchiladas very good if you like spicy. I would highly recommend it. My daughter got the the flautas for a mild spice, everything is made homemade daily. But out of everything I would get the cheese dip OMG wish I would have gotten some to go!!If you want to try something new with a laid back vibe definitely pick this place.
