Bad management. My family and I spent $40+ on our food and were missing multiple items. I wouldn’t even be complaining because I am not that type of person to do those things but when my dad called to tell the workers (nicely by the way) that they had forgotten our Jalapeño poppers as a little accident (cause no shame in the game,, everyone does it it’s alr) they admitted the mess up (and again accidents happen so not bad) but then when we mentioned that they didn’t put our gravy in the bag they accused us of being thieves? What I am not understanding is why they got hostile over a cup of gravy that we had ordered and did not receive, and I understand that the management is trash but it’s GRAVY LMAO. Don’t sit here and accuse a customer who is just trying to get some food that they had actually paid for. If you wanna look that bad, go check your cameras to see your mess up when you said that you put the gravy in the bag—cause clearly you wouldn’t have a call complaining in the first place if we had it in ours. This is funny because this the first time I’ve had to complain about a place because of how ignorant one of the staff people were. Yikes bro… yikes. Treat your staff better too while i’m at it because I have heard some things about that as well, thanks!!!
In seven years, this location has successfully completed my order on try 1 a total of 0 times. Despite the worst customer service, poor food temps/flavor, and the abundant disregard for health codes... I would literally go anywhere else. Church's is awesome - this location is HOT Garbage. Can you imagine ownership that had to shut down for failure to pay taxes being qualified to prepare your food? Let alone that they keep a semi-trailer our behind them as food storage... never again. Avoid at all costs. 1/10.
You may as well just drive up to the take out window, give them your money and say, "Surpise me," because you never get what you ask for anyway. Employees are THE rudest people I've met in any service industry. I'm not even sure they follow proper food safety protocols because I noticed each time my family and I eat food from here we are ALL sick for days!! Save your money.
I ordered a 5 piece spicy chicken tenders with fried okra. I got non spicy tenders with French fries. So my dinner was ruined. Thanks a lot. Maybe try listening to what people are ordering and the people filling the orders need to learn to read.
Almost 15 minutes in the drive-through and they advertise the shrimp and 2 pieces of chicken meal that is tiny as it can be it's not worth$7.50 maybe $2. everything tastes the same in the meal meal take a look at my pictures it's just really sad. The shrimp tastes like flour There's no flavor except for a little bit of spice and flour. Sign in the picture makes it look great. Says butterfly shrimp lol in the picture you can see how tiny it is and there's no butterfly about it 1/2 of it's got the shell still on it. One of them has the complete shell still on it and the legs underneath the batter. They get one star because I like the biscuit
While the food was good, the drink was straight carbonation. As it was a dark pop, this was very visible to whomever put the lid on. It was very frustrating as it was through the drive thru and then they wouldn't answer the phone.
Not too happy with this visit all of this is for great everything was cooked hot and fresh today our food was warm and dry and I asked for special order to be made fresh and it was not I will get another try since this was one day experience out of a lot of good visit
They're always at a chicken so you always got to go to a different churches it's insane it's a Church's Chicken what's the name of the place what do they do with chicken I think I would order enough after I've even give it third time of not having enough chicken till the next order date come on now there good but not that good to let them keep slipping... I mean gas is gas nowadays and it's outrageous not everybody has it just to throw away when a certain place doesn't have what they're selling and you have to go to another one it just drives me nuts...
Same great taste. I just wish they would take the time to train the new girl. It is not cool to have her looking crazy at the front counter. She is super sweet.
The is never hot unless you get it right after they open. You never get what you ordered when ordering white meat. It's as if they can't tell white pieces from dark pieces of chicken. The chicken is normally dried out and tasteless. I simply have stopped coming here. I go to Popeye's Chicken instead! At there you get hot fresh chicken and they do know white meat from dark meat. The chicken there is not dried out!
