Just got the 12pc leg and thigh family meal and it's disgusting smh. It's 2:20 in the afternoon and this food taste days old to me. The gravy have some type of specks in it not sure what it is. Put they also put it in the mashed potatoes I'm sure since that has gravy on it. The coleslaw has a bitter tangy taste, idk but I know it's nasty. The chicken is no better, almost 30 dollars wasted smh.
Most of the staff was rude. Trying to be too cute to work. There was one person filling orders eating at the same time right over people's food. I've seen them not take out the full order to the customer, I guess too cute to carry 2 bags, and watch the person drive away missing food and just say oh well... Destroy and rebuild. Fire the whole crew, and get anyone else who takes pride in themselves. Working anywhere is about self pride.
For over a year the services has been down. Tried today because it was hot and needed to get dinner quick. The car in front of me sat for several minutes and then drove off. I sat for at the drive through for over 5 minutes, said hello into speaker, no one ever answered or even asked me to wait a minute. The driver behind me went around me and left. I left. Three of us waiting for several minutes, no one ever greeting or asking us to wait, or responding at all. No one came to the window either. This place is losing money.
This to me is the ONLY Church's Chicken to pull up to that actually tastes like the Church's that we grew up on. I wouldn't go anywhere else and the staff is friendly and very courteous.
The person taking orders was rude. They didn't let us pick up a door dash order. They have no hospitality experience. Get a new job if your not happy there.
They were quick went through drive-thru only waited a few minutes at the window to get our food and,it was warm.

I love Church's chicken. Let me start with that. However it seems like their screening process for employees is missing something. I've been to every Church's in town multiple times and there is a common problem. I would say that 4 out of 5 times there will be something wrong with my order. Wrong side of drink or whatever but mostly it seems it will be missing something. Everything else about this chain is on a part with all the others but we all have experienced the frustration off getting home and not having what you want. Always check your order! Other than that, love my Church's chicken
Food is Awesome but I get so tired of getting home and finding out I don't have everything I paid for!!! I live too far to turn around and go back so I guess we are out of luck!!! All we ask is to get home with what we paid for!!!
Omg the smokey honey q sandwich from here is amazing And they cook the chicken perfectly
