Me n my mom went here for dinner last night n they couldnt even get the orders correct we asked for mashed potatoes n gravy n didn't get it if you can't ur orders right then maybe you retrain ur people n the service sucked n you need your air conditioner fixed coz its melting your employees brains worst experience ever won't go back to a place full of shameless workers
Do NOT go here. We sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes and I mean this literally. Their drive thru is a tiny, one lane, alley wedged between the building and a fence. If they were under staffed I'd understand. But there were 5 employees working. They had no troubles standing around telling jokes and eating food out of the bins though. They didn't even come to the window to say anything to us whatsoever.
There is more fat than meat the food taste so nasty like its cooked in burnt old grease. The chicken is always super greasy dab the grease with a napkin the amount of grease covers the napkin
Good food, while should have of a smoother crust and better listen skills with taking an order.

Messed up order. Waited 20 minutes in drive-thru. 2 people in my family, including me, got sick from it. I'm still recovering. Drive-thru employee was nice though.
Churches has been disappointing me for over a month now and yesterday was another LEVEL of disappointment. But first let me lay it out for you so you can kinda understand more of my frustration. I work in Tulsa which is an hour away from where I live. In my home town there isn't many fast food spots to choose from and no chicken spots. On Fridays after work I usually treat my family to a quick meal from a place that we don't have in our town an lately it's been Churches because we've been looking to have the same experience we had with them long time ago which was GREAT, but lately it's been upsetting. So yesterday I tried again and stopped and purchased 20 pieces of chicken and used my promo code for three free biscuits but just to get home (which again is an HOUR AWAY).... just for my family and I to bite into raw bloody chicken and NO BISCUITS in the bag.
Cold dry food, wrong orders, long wait times (up to 30 minutes pulled ahead in drive thru so the store's numbers are good for corporate). No more Church's for my family, especially not at this store.
Had to go inside after using the drive thru to get part of my order. It also didn't have any flavor to knee in the chicken
