My favorite place! the wait staff was so attentive and sweet. our food was good and hot to the table.
No customer service on last night. 3 employees walked passed me and another customer and said absolutely nothing. Two paying customers, who acknowledged each other with a hello and we were strangers two each with the only thing we had in common was desiring to pick up food from your restaurant. I guess it was our wrong decision. Being short staffed-I get it! So you say, “Thanks for coming in, someone will be with you” would have gone a long way but we received NOTHING! It’s not acceptable at all. All I wanted was some Enchilada soup! Courtesy goes a long ways!
If it's wasn't for our server, Kavion, I would give a one start review. He was as attentive as he could be while also pulling all the weight from his coworkers. We sat there and watched all his coworkers hide in the corners and run around doing the bare minimum. He helped us and several other tables all while bussing his own tables and side work. When we complemented him on his service the hostess glared at me because I said that he was the only one pulling his weight. Very poorly managed restaurant.
Not today! Terrible customer service! I didn’t receive anything-no service and no food!
Terrific service and menu. We also enjoyed the hours of opening. Other restaurants in the area were closing at 9 pm. But chili’s was open til 10:30 pm. This gave us time to be seated and served. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Taste was terrific.

Myself and my husband, ate at this location. Service was fast and the food was ok. Before we could get home, to spiro, ok. We had to pull over and throw up and barely hold our potty in. ? we have food poison. We will NEVER DO CHILLI ?AGAIN . BEWARE ALL THAT ATE THERE TODAY
Great food and great deals on the app and we had an excellent waiter and hostess. They seemed to genuinely care about taking care of your dining needs and making sure you're happy.
The food was Luke warm it wasn't good at all. The service wasgood until the server slide my drink to me when I asked for a refill and my husband asked for a refill on his tea but he only filled it up 3/4 of the way. We still tip him but I told my husband that he shouldn't. We won't go back to Chili and we had to asked if we need to sit ourselves or were they going to sit us because they were sitting in the booth wrapping silverware.
2 meals in one day and both were lacking. One was absolutely terrible (the last one). First one was fresh & hot but basically almost no chicken and no bacon in their chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. It was tortilla and cheese. I left feeling hungry. When I get them from their 51st location I usually don’t even eat them all.2nd meal was chicken tenders. Pathetic! More like a kids meal they were so small. Something out of frozen dinner box. Chewy fries!Their food has been consistently going downhill. Will not eat their again.FYI, the wait staff were great both times. Friendly, attentive good people. But I won’t waste money on that kind of food.
