thank you for your wonderful coupon donations for the Autism birthday club. it will make the kids feel very important and loved when they open those birthday cards!! they will get to enjoy a night out with great food from Chili's.
The food was delicious and the margarita was very good. I got the fajita plate. Their chicken is so well seasoned and very tender. The peppers were soft and easy to eat. Our problem was the staff. The lady was nice when she was around but the location didn't have enough waitresses. She had so many tables. It was just a bit of a struggle and took a long time for the check out tablet to make it to us.
Friday, just before noon, and I arrived with 4 other adults.Servers were very friendly, and drinks arrived quickly.But, the meals - probably an hour after ordering; and two of the meals came out wrong and had to be re-made/added to.My burger was tasty, though they could have used a smaller plate as the meal physically appeared tiny.All in all it was push 2pm before we got out.

This was literally a waste of time and money. Ordered food to go ..had to wait they misplaced the iPad, they finally brought out the order. We were missing a drink, they said they'd bring it right out. We checked to see if the order had the right number of containers, ( it was a $100 order) waited a few more minutes had to go inside to get the drink. We got back to our hotel. No silverware sets or ketchup. Though we clearly have that and ketchup marked on our receipt. They left the fries out of one of the orders and the quality of food we received was definitely not what we paid for. Wow ...Just wow...it's not hard. Read and follow what's on the receipt. I would leave negative stars if possible.
Horrible need new management. People were literally walking out the door. We decided to wait for a table only 1 section was only available. Manager said everyone "called in". So the waitresses and customers had to suffer. ( my opinion weed out the ones that don't want to work, there are plenty out here that do. Your losing money.) While we was waiting on a table we ordered our food to go to avoid the wait on that. Will never go back to that location again.
I almost never complete a rating, but felt I had to this time due to the poor service and below average food we received from our dinner here. We were seated quickly enough, but it took a long time before someone even came to ask about our drink order and when she did, she just stood there. I had to ask if she was there to take our drink orders and had to ask for menus!! Once our food was received we had to ask for silverware and napkins! The food seemed very bland, small portions (compared to what we are used to receiving here) and the foodlooked like it was literally thrown at the plates. I don't expect perfection from anyone, but this place seems like they don't even care anymore.
Chicken enchilada soup was good, southwestern egg rolls were good, the bone in wings were absolutely terrible, I can't understand how a national chain can have such terrible wings, there is not one thing I can say positively about the wings, grossly over cooked, I ate 3 and threw the rest away, please figure it out, it's not that difficult
Despite a lengthy wait for dinner, our wait staff and the manager were working very hard to please during rough times for restaurants.The wait was fine, since I was catching up with an old friend. Drinks came to the table promptly. My salmon and her meal were terrific.Thank you!
They were fine people The Waitresses were really nice and Des Plaines a lot of things to you so yes it is a great place to go it's quiet laid-back and it's type places I like cold the waitresses and waiters are beautiful that they're really kind to you and if there's a question they will answer it in the best way they can I had a great time at Chili's
