We love Chick!This locations parking it completely ridiculous and at certain times of day totally deters us from coming here.Thankfully our order was actually correct AND fresh this time.
Made a mobile order at 6:15 thinking i’d be in and out quick. When I got to the window, they told me I had to check back at the speaker for whatever reason even though I’d already ordered and paid. When I did, they repeated the same “You can drive up to the window” to me as if they’d never known I was there before. Now that 3 people are ahead of me Im still waiting for food I ordered 45 minutes ago on my phone. This isn’t the first time. Done coming here after this
The service here is 5 Star but I'm not sure what's happened with the chicken lately. It's dropping in quality. We got the original chicken sandwich and both were just not good. I hope this is temporary because prices are too high for bad food.
The drive through is the way to go at this location. The menu prices are higher than other locations and the last 2 inside visits left a lot to be desired. The 1st of the 2 had us waiting 15 min for our food. Only to be told they thought it was a food pickup order and was set out on the 3rd party counter. No apologies or even recognition of the mistake. Then was given smirks and covered mouth conversations from the 2 behind the counter. Our last visit was better, food was fast but I'm assuming the manager decided to have a "HUDDLE" in the lobby and boy did he want everyone to hear him. Including all in our party, everything from a refrigerator problem to other leaders contacting him on their phones in view of other workers. Assuming that they'd think it was ok to check their "social media" because they saw the other leaders on their phone.... the lobby was fairly empty, but it was really annoying to the point of us trying to hurry and get out.
I usually go to the 41st location but I was closer to this one today. I take my kids every once in a while so they can play in the play area. To my surprise after we ate and headed their it was a closet full of coats and boots than an actual play area. I guess I’ll stick to the other location.
I absolutely hate their new ordering process, they expect you to order before you've seen them menu ensure I go there occasionally but I have to have the same thing every time because I don't know what's on their menu I shouldn't have to look up online before I get to a drive-thru
Chic Fil A is another delicious spot with hot and yummy food. A good salad with fried or grilled chicken in it with good healthy veggies. Then their chicken is cooked in peanut oil. ?
I love Chick-fil-A and stop in to eat if I am in Tulsa. This particular store was extremely clean and there was an employee in the dining room to assist diners if they needed additional sauces or refills. Amazing service. Will definitely eat here again.
The food was good as always always fresh. My order was a 12 count with a large fry and a side of pickles. I’m assuming it’s a rare occurrence but my pickles came with a orange tint to them wether it was mold or just old I’m not sure still a great experience.
They have been much better. I was there at 845pm, they closing at 10pm, I used the mobile app. The nuggets were extra small, the largest one is pictured. The picture is my waffle crumbs not waffle fries. Certainly not the usual Chick-fil-A standard.
