I really love Chick-fil-A, and having one on the campus I work at was a super amazing to learn of! Unfortunately, the experience you expect when visiting a CFA location was not present here.- There was no sense of priority, as customers waited to be served by idle workers. It wasn’t until half the building was clear before we were served and offered a chance to order.- Other customers kept stepping in front of one another. While waiting in line, around 6 or 7 people stepped in front of me preventing me from ordering in the short time I had available.- Lastly, there seemed to lack a sense of order and management as the line had no sense of direction, one of the exits were locked (the only one available was back through the crowded line) and lacked any ‘flow’ that I’ve come to expect from CFA. It may be minimal, but I didn’t even hear anyone say ‘my pleasure’ like they do. That’sOverall I am very unsatisfied and probably won’t be revisiting this location. I love CFA as my personal treat but it is not worth it to go to this one.

In the drive through and seriously put my order in before several other but was told to follow after them in the drive through, is this not a first come first serve? Only place I’ve ever experienced this where the business pushes people in front of others.

Well usually they are really good but today my sweet tea with lemon was missing 2 things SWEET AND LEMON. I always look forward to that tea. Disappointed today
