I Went there on the drive thru and I order chicken strips for my son and I order just a chicken deluxe sandwich and a lemonade nothing else, he asked me if I wanted the fries and I responded that I didn't wanted them, either way he ordered them and charge me for it. I gave a $10 dollar gift card to the guy to use and he seemed that he had issues with the card and then I gave him my credit card to pay the rest and he wanted to keep the $10 dollar gift card for some reason and when I was on my way to pick up my food I checked on my account of my credit card and he charged me the full amount on my credit card and he didn't charge nothing on my gift card that he kept. The. I told the ladies there what happened and their excuse was the kid was new but first "why to keep the gift card and keep about it"? After all they fix it but if I had not checked I'll be screwed. I won't be coming at this location again.
I have the receipt to prove an item was missing, and I will be calling corporate.When I called very rude customer service. Don't place anything for delivery; they will be rude to you when you call complaining, and when you're trying to explain will not let you explain anything without saying you're being rude, and don't be rude to them, yes I'm rude because I'm angry and they are the ones that missed the item are missing, i a right to be angry.Frosted lemonade I ordered is missing. Missingan item and the food is cold as ice.9
i have worked through this location several times as both postmate and urber eats driver. They are always smile and fast pace. Staff and management always showed respect towards driver. I have been offered drink when on wait. They are excellent staff would highly recommend this restaurant.

I just got home to find they didn't give me my honey roasted BBQ sauce I asked for. Also didn't give me a straw. And when I asked for my fries well done I was refused, qnd when i got home from my ten minute drive they were almost cold. Honestly the worst chikfila service I've ever experienced.
The best fast food establishment in the industry, employees are nice, but I only gave it 4 stars due to order was not correct. Therefore, I was overcharged. Didn't realize til I was home!
The girl who took my order rushed the hell out me, I told her I wanted to look at the menu and she quickly started asking me what I wanted to start with, so I told her 3 kids meals, she only asks what the drinks were on them, so I had to ask her what meals did she order, the nuggets, ok. Then she goes on to rush my order in and takes my card for the payment. She might as well have slapped me with the card in my face when she gave it back to me. Just plain rude. Then they didn't put any toys in the kids bags...
Incredible staff and great service! Placed a large catering order and needed to move the date due to inclement weather. Chick-fil-a at South Road's staff was so incredibly helpful and even reached out to me, over the phone, the day of the inclement weather to confirm that the order was being rescheduled and to ask if I was safe at home. Fabulous customer service!
This is the second time I go to this location and experience the same issue. I like my sandwich without pickles and tomato. I got the sandwich with pickles, tomato and no lettuce. Since it has been the second time I decided to advise an employee. When I did I was accused of ordering the wrong thing to get my food for free by one of the employees. When another coworker heard the accusation she fixed my sandwich. However I had not been so disrespected at any Chick-fil-A before.
